A well situated apartment. Spacious. With all amenities.. including a washer/dryer. Fridge freezer and microwave. With an electrical hob.

The plumbing is not that good, there was a slight smell. Massive building.

Everything was great! Nice pool in the top, very nice staff, in front of the beach, they let me do the check in early.

The condition of the rooftop pool was terrible but that isn't the accommodation owner's fault. There were lots of tiles off the pool and still in the water so you had to be careful where you stepped, plus there were very few sun loungers

The accommodation was nicely furnished and had all the facilities that you need, the location was good with views over the beach.

The restaurant attached to it wasn't great and didn't have everything on the menu.

Everything we wanted - excellent location with plenty of restaurants and shops, friendly owner, fantastic ocean views, spacious room and great hotel facilities.

We only stayed here for one night before our flight home, but the price this was a perfect accommodation with everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing too I wasn’t expecting them to be so good! A very tidy and neat apartment and check in and out was very smooth too. The location is good, next to lots of restaurants and shops and the beach of course. I would definitely recommend to anybody!

This studio apartment is in an unbeatable location, right next to the beach with tons of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, super comfortable, and has everything you’d need—even a washing machine, which was a great bonus.

The lift in the building is temporarily out of work while I stayed. The fire stairs have no balustrades or railings, not sure if that complies with local building construction codes.

You guys really need to look after the tea ,coffee packets and the hot water.

I enjoyed every minute such a nice place which is so close to the beach and the stay was really nice with the luxury furnitures . Price is really reasonable.

Very nice and clean apartment with beautiful sea view. It has all the facilities, especially what was important for us - hot water, washing machine, fan, plug adapters. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Only 20-30 mins by car from the airport.

Jenon the manager of the property was extremely helpful, efficient with great communication skills and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at breeze by roshi..! My husband and I,needed a quick getaway to unwind, and this place really delivered. From the moment we arrived, Jenon made us feel so welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, and they ensured we felt comfortable. Jenin was so helpful and made me feel like I was at home...he gave us 6 extra hours for check out Our room was spotless,100 % clean and felt like home and the view was stunning, it was the perfect place to relax. I also treated myself to a spa session, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. It was just what I needed! We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious, with great prices to match. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation, I highly recommend The breeze by roshi ....

On the 10th floor of a large block of flats opposite the beach. Photos led us to believe it was actually on the beach…..and you could step out onto it.

Clean and modern and host met us to show us around the building.
