Sri LankaIt is over priced. Room corners are getting wet when it is too much cool. Less facilities. My booking was included with breakfast, and arrount 7.45 am they just asked me whether I am taking the break or not. I was confused. So little bit wast of time in the morning untill they prepare the breakfast.
The location is superb. Outside is enjoyable environment. Staff is very friendly.

The rooms are good if you want to book never take the family room but the rooms upstairs has an amazing view. The breakfast was woow I loved it and the receptionist was so kind and helpful I liked the way he treated us

AustraliaWow the view from this small hotel is amazing. A little out of town but so glad we stayed out here. The surrounding village was one of the prettiest locations we were in , in sri lanka. The staff could not have been any better and the food was amazing. Loved loved loved our stay. Grab yourself the loft room for the view (although the stairs into the room are steep) it's worth it.

AustraliaThe room is a little quirky, and some aspects could do with a little more attention. Keep in mind the aircon takes time to cool down the room, there is a separate switch to access hot water and the staircase is quite steep to the top room. And it is located in a remote area, so best to plan ahead for day trips, sightseeing & meals. However these are minor things and overall the property has a beautiful view overlooking tea plantations & on a clear day you can even see adams peak in the distance.
The property is located outside of Nuwara Eliya near a small village, and the staff were very friendly & attentive, making us feel at home. Baradhi was such a warm and helpful host, considering that he has just joined the property. He helped to organise a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us and booked tuk tuks to get into Nuwara Eliya town.

Switzerlandwe couldn't enjoy the view, the windows are too dirty - In fridge was with mildew and was not working - I mentioned it on first day but nobody takes care on it. - Mildew also in bathroom, toilett and shower - No whirlpool only a bathtub - last night the warm water boiler dropped. No sleep possible due to water drops. - Not cleaned floor in bathroom - English level not good

RomaniaWe have the family room on the ground, where it is no view on the mountain, even if on booking they are advertising like room with view. Outside was 14 degrees during the night, and they had heating just in one room. In the other room was not any heating and room temperature, which decreased to 17 degrees during the night. We paid 164 dollars per night for this room. It is not normal for this money to receive so bad conditions, especially because it is a room for families with kids. Also, one of the doors was full of mold.
The food was ok and the staff was friendly, but they could not help us regarding heating, regarding any adaptor for charger, he said that he will transfer to owner all our complaints.
