The room I booked was different from the room They provided. They had old sofas and the carpets were wet. The tv was not working. But upon requesting They gave me room with mountain view. But it was not at all worth the money I paid for the room. If they could renovate the hotel it would be a nice place to stay.

The International breakfast was okay but need to improve.

Location of the hotel is very close to the city centre. Sri Lankan breakfast was very delicious and portion sizes are large. There's a separate place for having meals with a beautiful view. Sumith and his team gave an excellent service and highly appreciate. Room size and the bathroom size are comparatively large. Hot water was available at anytime. The hotel contained old-colonial vibe.

We found the hotel very comfortable and clean, and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and attended to all our needs. The caretaker Ajith was supper helpful and he even managed to arrange a cake and a decorated room to celebrate one of our group member’s birthday. Highly recommend this place.

Mr.Ajith was very helpful in making our stay easy and safe. He took care of our stay from check in to check out and made sure we travelled safely to another city even after our check out. Very humble.

We arrived by motorbike, and it was 16°C outside. We wanted a warm place to stay, but inside it was also cold. There was no air conditioning or heater, and at reception, we were offered a heater for the room at an extra cost of 2000 Sri Lankan Rupees. The internet was very poor—when we asked, the administrator mentioned that some routers were broken, but this didn't help, and we were unable to use the internet for work.

The breakfast and the staff were good.
