WOW! I had an exceptional stay here. We booked Swiss Kiss for a friend's birthday and the staff did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like family! We were offered a welcome drink and cake, shown to our room, and given lots of info about the area. The breakfast was an amazing highlight- so delicious and fresh! For my friend's birthday, they arranged an amazing dinner and cake! The staff was the real highlight- so friendly and welcoming. Lots of fun to chat with :) 10/10 would recommend and I hope to come back!

We had such a lovely stay here at Swiss Kiss! The rooms & beds were comfortable. Staff were super friendly and accommodating - they came and helped us straight away if we needed anything which was amazing! The breakfast was delicious too. Wonderful location right near the beach & restaurants. Highly recommend coming here - I will definitely be staying again in the future.

I recently stayed at Swiss kiss beach resort and had a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

- Although the room was pre-booked and confirmed by the owner himself, when we arrived at the property, the room was already given by the staff to another couple which had stepped in a few hours ago, asking for vacancy. We had to wait for the room to be evacuated and cleaned before we check-in. - Although the buildings are new, the construction is shoddy with poor workmanship. The whole place is not very well maintained. - We had great expectations for our dinner after all the good reviews we read about it but it was quite a disappointment. The fish flakes were not cleaned well and the accompanying dishes were poor. Dinner was overpriced, too. The rest days of our stay we had very good lunch and dinner at a nearby (5 minutes walk) little restaurant named "Eastern Lanka Seafood Restaurant" with excellent food at decent prices, which we highly recommend.

Regular size room with attached bathroom and quite comfy bed. The "resort" is 100 meters from the beautiful beach where one can enjoy the sea view, the sunrise, swim and other activities. Kind owner. Breakfast was basic but the fruits were fresh and the omelette was tasty.

The window in our room was broken so it could not be locked. The room was quite dark not so much natural light coming through the window. And we had a cockroach in the room which was trying to get into our bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location was perfect so close to the beach! The staff was super kind and they provided a delicious breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable! They helped us by calling a tuk tuk to the bus station.

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was functional. The bathroom could have been a bit nicer, but it served its purpose. A pleasant surprise was the very tasty and affordable food that can be ordered at the hotel. The staff tried to be pleasant and helpful. A beautiful beach is just a 2-minute walk away."

Very friendly and helpful people. Nothing is a problem. Everyday you start day with delicious breakfasts with fresh fruit. The dinners are also great. You can choose fresh fishes and seafood or other things from the menu. The chef is excellent. It is near the nice beach.

We stayed 3 nights in Swiss Kiss. And we enjoyed our stay! We were warmly welcomed and the staff was very helpful and nice! Clean accommodation, good beds and a great bathroom. Also close to the cozy part of the beach. Oh yeah and the breakfast was really delicious! Definitely try their waffles 😉

Nisha is an amazing host and really looks after his customers. He helped with transport, restaurant recommendations etc. The location is fab. Less than 2 minutes walk to the beach and lots of beach bars and 5 mins walk to the main road and lots of restaurants. The rooms were good value and breakfast was always a treat. When the air conditioning unit in one room.broke down we were given another room until it got fixed.

Truly nothing

The relaxed and peaceful vibe, the location (a really short walk to the beach and lit at night so felt really safe) and most of all the people! We came with our two small children and were welcomed so warmly and the staff really went above and beyond to make it the best it could be for us. The staff helped carry the baby when we ate and played with our toddler :) It was so nice having two double beds side by side with nets, it was one huge family bed, which we loved. The room is simple and with attention to detail, clean, with a lovely smell and flowers on the bed when we arrived. We were also met with a delicious drink and cake! A shout out to the yummy food we had too, the chefs were amazing and testament to that were the people coming to eat there from other hotels. It was so much better than the beach for tasty food! The owner and staff helped to organise trips and travel. We went to visit the temple which was beautiful and my husband went on a fishing trip (they caught an amazing huge fish which they put in the bbq and shared later)! A lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend also for female solo travellers having been one before, it was a really safe and lovely stay. Thank you for such a good few days, it really made an impression with us and we look forward to visiting when we are in Sri Lanka again :) Zoe, Manoj, Francis and baby Flynn ❤️

I would not wish to criticise this place at all! We are now in another hotel.This is far more expensive and the Breakfast is poor! Moving forward.If I was Nisha I would charge more money and have a fridge,kettle and Hairdryer in the room. A superb place.

The people here are literally the nicest, kindest persons I ever met while travelling. They helped me organise everything, made me feel home far away from my country and had a really fun time together! The food is delicious, the rooms are nice and the whole resort is just a 2 mins walk away from the beach so everything is perfect!

Barely any water coming out of the shower - I took a shower with the bidet. Which was just fine since there was no warm water anyway.

Extremely friendly host, cosy rooms, good breakfast. Very close to the beach, a shop and an ATM. Host helps with trips to e.g. Pigeon Island
