We had an amazing stay at Suriya Homestay! The breakfast was probably the best we had during our entire trip — fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. Suriya, our host, was incredibly attentive to every little detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very spacious and spotless, which made a huge difference for us. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the beach but tucked away enough to be peaceful. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again!#coupleexploration

Excellent location close to the city and beach, but also very quiet. We arrived just when the poya cellebration took place and we almost hear a sound from the city. The house is in the beautiful garden with many trees and flowers. Owners are so nice and helpful! They arrange a scooter for us for fair price and breakfast was always really tasty and various. We appreciated A/C in the room and possibility of hot shower (but we didnt use it, it was sooo hot weather 😁). They also borrowed us a playing cards, that was awesome, because we forget them at home. Thank you so much for a nice stay, if we come back, we will stay in this homestay again, felt like home!

This is the most lovely place to stay in Mirissa. We stayed a week, during X-mas, when it's quiet busy in Mirissa. Even though, the place itself is very quiet, well isolated (for the party-noise from the beach ;-)). The room has everything you need: good beds, closet, a bathroom with good shower and washing products, a very nice terras with many possibilities to dry your stuff, towels for the beach ànd bathroom, laundry service,... The breakfast was excellent; during those 7 days we got every morning something new, and always a lot of fruits. The host is very friendly, always ready to help and inform. It was a perfect end for our holiday (as I family). Thank you very much Suriya!!

It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay .The location of the property is also very close to the beach . The stay was exceptionally good along with the delicious breakfast with vegetarian options Would definitely recommend this to others for a vacation .

The breakfast was very good. Varies everday and always fresh fruits and juices. The facilities were clean and new. Quiet place because it‘s not directly at the main road. Although the beach is very near. The host family was friendly and helpfull. Mirissa is not too crowded. You always find a free spot at the beach or in the restaurants.

We stayed at Suriya Homestay Mirissa, a short break during our Sri Lanka trip, which is very close to Mirissa. The host was more like a friend than an owner to us. He was very kind, polite and had a very friendly personality. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. The cleanliness and size of the rooms were very good and there was a very clean bathroom. We found a high speed internet connection. We are very grateful to him and we would definitely come back. It is recommended to everyone!!!!!

We got a room for a very low price. When we arrived at the end of the day, the hoster gave us a warm welcome with cool towels and passion fruit juice. A clean room and a fully equipped bathroom and a room with all the amenities. Also got a very fast and excellent Internet connection. Very quiet environment and surrounded by trees. Since it is located in the center of Mirissa, it is within walking distance to everywhere. A place that can be highly recommended for tourists visiting Mirissa.

Thank you for the great time! We received a warm welcome and enjoyed the four days to the fullest. The location is perfect for the beach and the harbour. At first my family kept complaining as the house was in a small street and looked abandoned, after reaching the house host son which was under 15 welcomed us with fruit's and juice but still we had doubt for staying there. Kid explained all the places that are good to visit with pictures and approximate price and walking distance or tuktuk distancebut this is not all the room was the best room with best facilities and cleanest room in my travel time to Sri Lanka. (Even cleaner than some hotels in Dubai which i Live) More than 5 insect repellents were installed inside the room and outside. Room lightning were perfect (you might think I'm over saying but you should see) Hair dryer, Hair straighteners, Ironing, wardrobe and ..... Next day breakfast i can say it worth more than what we pay for the room.

This is possibly the best place that we stayed in Sri Lanka. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast is great. We were also given beach towels, so that was quite useful. The property is on a quiet area just off the main road, and a couple of minutes to the bus stop. The bathroom is also clean and big.

When we put a discount, we got the room for less money. A very complete room and a bathroom, a very delicious full breakfast, a very friendly staff, a very fast fiber internet facility is also available here, we wanted to stay another day but we couldn't, this is a place that can be recommended to anyone coming to Mirissa.

The location was good for walking to the beach, the harbour, restaurants etc. It's very close to the whale watching companies. The room was nice and very clean, bathroom great as well. There was an outside sitting area and a pretty garden. The owner, Suriya, obviously took great pride in keeping the place tidy, particularly after heavy rain. He helped us dry off our tuktuk and everything. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Highly recommend.
