SpainThe room and bathroom looked kind of rundown and dirty. There were many stains on the sheets, towel, and walls. The fan made a lot of noise which made it difficult to sleep with it on. Mosquitoes kept me up at night and there was no mosquito net. The TV didn't work and there was no remote for the air conditioning so I couldn't turn that on either. No one gave me the wifi password and it wasn't written down anywhere so after a full day I had to get the password from the security guard because I couldn't find any other staff.

Good budget rate rooms in a modern building. Located in the heart of Trincomalee Town. Walking distance to main bus stand, shops, beach and even the fort. We enjoyed our stay. Will book this place again if we come to Trincomalee again.

RussiaWe had a room near the stairs and tables where the village teenagers were constantly making noise and beating the drum at 10 pm and 6 am, but the security tried to calm them down.
Overall this is the cheapest hotel in Trincomalee, don't expect anything special. Pretty simple and budget, there is Wi-Fi. Good location, big room.

SpainThe room was very dirty, the sheets filthy and there was a coakroach between the towels. We decided it was not worth the stay and told the stuff we were leaving early. The staff got very angry with us. We were happy to get out of there. Its the only accomodation in Sri Lanka we booked where it wasnt clearly indicated that you needed to pay cash in the hotel. Our obly bad experience in Sri Lanka

SwitzerlandRoom Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The pillows and bedsheets were very dirty, with visible dirt from previous guests. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the bed was not very comfortable, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel was excellent. It is conveniently situated very near to the beach and the city center. Staff and Service: The staff was very nice and friendly. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Exterior and Amenities: The exterior of the hotel looked nice and well-maintained. It created a good first impression when we arrived.

Czech RepublicThe room was quite cheap, but that doesn't mean it has to be dirty. We slept in several and even cheaper accommodations in Sri Lanka and nothing was as bad as this one. There were stains on the sheets, it smelled musty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't seen detergent in years.

Czech RepublicWhen I came I asked a standoffish woman manager if I can get room which Is quite and cool. She said yes and gave me room which was noisy and very hot! One family with noisy kids next door And another just below my window! Room was stinky and with mould. BedLinen and towel was So old And bad cleaned that it was grey. No mosqito net above the bed nor in window. During the night in this hot, humid, stinky, suffocating room I was wondering why they do that? They dont like their guests or she made jokes giving me very hot room when I ask for opposite? Terrible. Worst accomodation in Sri Lanka yet. Never more.
