We liked the Resort with all of amenities, common pkaces where we could eat, and space around the pool. The atmosfere is friendly and relaxed.

Great clean swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas etc. The Family that run this place are lovely helpful people. There are two fridges for guests but no freezer, cooking facilities, an electric jug and cups, glasses etc!

Aircon worked great but produced a bit of a "musty" smell (so we just used the fan) and the Bathroom drains honked, although think that might be just how things are...

The owners were fantastic, really lovely and nothing too much trouble. Pool was brilliant too! Rooms were very basic but nice and clean and loved lthe balcony. Good working aircon and fan in the room too; they even left a UK adapter on there for us.

If you buy this hotel with breakfast, I think breakfast is really boring. When you stay there for more than one day you get the same food all the time. And it's not Sri Lanka food, just toasts and eggs.

This place is very nice. You have great pool, room and localization. I really recommend this hotel.

Charging extra for extra person. The wifi is Bad it doesnt go to the rooms. You should go to the reception to have wifi. The Price is a bit expensive without wifi. Water shower pressure is low.

Its a very relaxing and good resort with a clean pool. A very nice Time to be.

My room smelled like damp laundry, the curtain in the shower definitely needs to be replaced. It just seemed like the room I stayed in was cleaned weeks ago but nobody stayed in there.

The nearest beach had very dirty water at times, best to go about 1km further south although the waves are bigger and you need to be able to swim or just use the pool at the resort.

I paid for breakfast (it is extra) and do not think it’s worth it. it was not bad (bread was very good) but it was a western breakfast (I asked if I could have some local but the answer was no) and compared to other breakfast I had during the trip it was unremarkable.

Good size room, clean, it has hot water and a fan. Good location, 5 min walk from the beach and bus stop It has a pool, which is clean and did not have many people while I was there.

We were really looking forward for the breakfast, but is was quite a disappointment. We have stayed at many budget stays, way cheaper than our stay here and the breakfast was always great. Here the breakfast was too simple, not fresh, just not good.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the crew is very kind and welcoming. A very serene place, with nice views.

Awesome place, very clean and big rooms. Perfect location and walkable from the turtle beach, snorkeling beach and anything that is in this town. Many eateries around aswell.

Room was not cleaned at all. Drainage smell was full of the room. After check in, till our check out, no staff to take care of our needs. Each and every time, we have to chase them. It seems they focus only in foreign travelers. If that so, then they should provide it to the local as we also pay the same charge. I am not sure in what basis, many tourists had given good rating. Based on that only, I selected this property. Its a waste of money.

Location was good as it’s easy accessible to beach, restaurants, railway station.

The bathroom stank and the smell ran through to the bedroom. They made us pay upfront which was suspicious. My "deluxe" room had a connecting door to a room next door that was blocked with a wardrobe. You could hear everything from that room clearly

Mosquito nets were missing, but I was lucky to not have seen much if any.

The staff is truly lovely. Such amazing people. Flat has a pool and the beach is in a walkable distance. If you look for an alternative to the pricy beach hotels and want to find a quiet place, I totally recommend this

The ropoms were not clean. The b ed was uncomfortable with rock hard pillows. in one of the rooms there was no window in the bathroom just a whole in the wall and the bathroom dorr would not close so bathroom and bedroom were full of mosquito's. There was no hot water in any of the three rooms we booked. breakfast was supposed to be included and the tables were laid up with cups but there was no body around and we could not work out what we were supposed to do? There was a kettle but that was it! It was exspensive for what it was we had stayed in much better for less money we had booked for 3 night but left after 2 as it was so bad and the owner would not give us the money for 2 night we did not stay after a lot of arguing he gave us back one night.

the pool was lovely really clean. The air con was good but loud. the owners wife was very nice.
