The location is very central in Uppuveli, close to the beach (2 minute walking distance) and to the restaurants. Other facilities like supermarket and ATM were also very close. The family running the place is extremely careful and they make you feel at home. The home made breakfast is simple but tasty. AC works properly.

Rooms are very clean, air conditioning work, there is still ceiling fan. Wi fi is good. Bed linen and towels are provided fresh. The Beach is a 4-minute walk away. The guest House has a café. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Recommend!

There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the refrigerator in the kitchen of hotels. A couple of times there was no water, but I think it's not a problem at the hotel

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable due to several issues with the room. The indoor temperature was extremely high, reaching up to 35°C. Although I informed the owner about the malfunctioning air conditioner and he attempted to address the issue, the cooling was still inadequate. The temperature only dropped to around 29°C, which remained uncomfortably warm and affected our sleep quality. Additionally, basic amenities such as soap and bath towels were not provided, which was disappointing. Considering these shortcomings, we did not feel the accommodation was worth the amount we paid. The only positive aspect of the stay was the property's close proximity to the beach, which was convenient.

The hosts were incredibly helpful - keen to understand our needs and assist us in the best possible way. For example, we try not to use disposable plastic water bottles and travel with our own re-usable bottles. The host was kind enough to arrange a 20litre container of drinking water for us, from which we re-filled our bottles. We paid for the water, he explained he would get his deposit back on the container when it was returned. Excellent. We were very happy. We also used the kitchen facilities to make a fruit salad and the laundry facilities. All good.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Ideal location to explore Trincomalee. The host was very friendly and was always checking if we needed anything. We could wash off the sand outside before entering our room. On our last day the host prepared a fruit platter for us, it was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious.

Great location near the beach and restaurants, large and clean room with good AC. Nice manager, who helped me to arrange tuk-tuks when I needed it. He also allowed me to hang out on the sofa in the reception area even after my check-out for quite long time period.

Low water pressure in the shower, no hot water. There was no proper blanket on bed. Quite noisy from outside.

The room was great. it was clean, spacious. So nice to have an AC to keep cool during the mid day heat. Location wise it was perfect walking distance to everywhere we needed!

Great place to stay would highly recommend. Aircon is great and so is the wifi. The hotel has all the facilities advertised, it's clean and good value for money. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach.

nice hotel, clean rooms, hot water, shower, air conditioning, the hotel has a kitchen and a refrigerator. You can have tea/coffee if you wish. excellent location, within walking distance of various cafes, 3 minutes to the beach. friendly and pleasant staff. Beach with white sand and calm sea without waves. Ideal for holidays with children.

The staff were very polite and relaxed with check-in checkout times. Beach is just 2 mins walk from the room. I would definitely recommend this place.
