Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops but on a quiet street. Beautiful big terrace with sunset views. Good AC and fans and a big bathroom. Fridge an added bonus! Plenty of storage/placed to hang clothes etc. Top tip - taxis from the cafe at the turn in to the hotel are very cheap!

The personell was super friendly - shout out to Darshan for being a very kind soul ;) Breakfast was good. Tip: definitely use the mosquito net as you will find lots of them in this area.

The location was the best, near to the beach and the supermarket (which was the best in Mirissa i guess). staff was wonderful... always nearby to ask something. Room cleaning almost every day (they might ask if you need or you can ask them to clean, change the sheets etc...). I enjoyed the stay a lot. Don't think twice, book it now! Best host and hotel I visited in Sri Lanka so far!

KazakhstanOur friends recommended this hotel to us. Excellent value for money. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, liquor store and many restaurants for every taste. But in the evenings you need to be careful: dim the lights and do not keep the doors open, as cockroaches can crawl in. There are a lot of creatures in Sri Lanka, and you need to remain vigilant. The water was hot all the time, the air conditioner worked, the bed linen was clean. The owner of the hotel is very nice and responsive. We were satisfied. Thank you!

United KingdomHad to change rooms as we had paid for a balcony but instead got a sweltering conservatory, we had 4 power cuts whilst we were there, we had to ask for the complimentary toiletries, it is also not pram/baby friendly as we had to carry baby up 4 flights of stairs and the grounds around hotel are uneven. Could have done with bedside tables as well.
Manager and his family are super friendly, breakfast was great, very safe (we left our pram outside reception for 11 days) we exchanged currency at the hotel and they arranged for our taxi to and from the airport which included a baby car seat.

United KingdomNo hot water unless it was a sunny day and when we arrived it was grey and had been raining. Cold shower only 🫤 The key to the room was stuck in the door so we couldn't lock the room when we went out and couldn't lock the door from the inside when we were in! The owner was a bit elusive when we tried to find someone to speak to. The safe in the room was locked and despite following the instructions we couldn't get it open so couldn't use it. Sheets and pillow cases had old stains on them which was a bit off-putting! Could clearly hear people in the room next door.
Close to the beach and town. Reasonable sized room. Ok for a couple of nights if you're looking for cheap accommodation.
