Very cute hotel located just 5 minutes walking to Sigiriya rock and to the main street with restaurants. The room was big and clean. The owners were very nice, they offered us some welcome drinks and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good.

perfect place to stay in sigiriya.very near to the lions rock.they served traditional dinner for us that was super delicious.saman arranged elephant safari at minneriya national park that was really nice experience for us.saman recommended for us aurvedic massage we did ayurvedic massage that was super massage we had in srilanka.staff was super friendly and always smiling.saman’s son he picked up from the airport late night he also super guy and he drop us to the kandy his car.saman’s family newly opened rice and curry restaurant and the place was super cool under the mango tree.night time green color lights gives the natural feeling in this homestay.highly recommended this place amd when we come to srilanka again we plan to stay this property.

They served the authentic Sri Lankan breakfast with bread, jam, some tea and Sri Lankan dishes. Overall it was great stay with the food. The stay was more than expected, feels like inside the jungle with lot of greens, the swing inside the place is awesome.

Wonderful host arranged an airport transfer for the evening of our arrival in Sri Lanka with a careful driver. Good advice given around climbing the two Rocks and other aspects of our trip. Tuk Tuks arranged for us to pick us up at 4:50am for the ticket office opening at 5:00am for Lion Rock and also to get us on our way north when we left. The family were really welcoming an personable. The breakfast on the wonderful veranda was tasty and filling. Our two rooms came with a shared veranda which was perfect for us. Rooms and bedding very clean. Situated down a quiet lane near the exit to the Lion Rock site exit which made it possible to come back after the sunrise Lion Rock climb in time for breakfast. Also a pleasant 3km walk from the Homestay later on in the day around the perimeter of the Lion Rock site to get up Pidurangala rock for sunset.

A short but dark walk away from restaurants.

The Home Stay has a beautiful garden and is in a very quiet setting away from the hustle bustle of Main Street. The internet connection was reliable enough for work video calls. The family took great care of me when I was feeling sick. Also had laundry done at a fair price. Saman offered to arrange transport, tours and massages. Be sure to shop around for the best price though. Would recommend for a couple or group.

The bed is big and comfortable, the air con is good and the shower had great water pressure. The location is great for getting around Sigiriya, and everyone working here was lovely.

The owner was perfect : he gave us advice to go the lion's rock, arranged a perfect safari for us(very affordable prices compared to the market), arranged tuk tuk at 4.45am to go see the sunrise. He even helped me with my SIM card :) The breakfast was really good. It's close to restaurant and shops, walking time to the entrance of the site : 15min I highly recommend this place.

If u go back after sunset u maybe need to walk a dark stretch into forest - have a torch light with you and u are fine.

Extremely value for money. Saman and family’s hospitality made me a lone traveller very welcomed . He is able to arrange activities for you . And great breakfast !

Once the sun sets it gets really dark so be prepared to take a vehicle or have a flash light handy.

The room was wonderful and clean, the breakfast was lovely. It was such a nice area to have meals. Restaurants were a short walk away (a bit scary after dark).
