One of the best rooms that you can ever find in Negombo. Very nice place with a nice view and a very friendly service. I would prefer to recommend the restaurant and the pool area also. Very tasty food and a clean and calm atmosphere.

Everything we needed was in the room. Very clean, great view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the pool, it was very clean. All was perfect and staff was very friendly and the communication was perfect too. Location was great, as we had plenty of restaurants around. Easy access to the beach :) all perfect!

Serenity apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Negombo. Situated across the road from the most gorgeous beach, a short walk to eateries. groceries and services, this 11th floor apartment will offer a birds eye view to take in the beach and street below. For a cool down, the pool on the 12th floor was also wonderful, sun lounges and ample seating provided. The apartment itself is everything, with kind owner Nasha always available for prompt communication. He, along with Roshan made sure our stay was comfortable and happy. Nasha is a wonderful host 🙏 The apartment is as advertised..and more! The beds were very comfortable, extra pillows and quilts supplied. Ac and ceiling fans worked well, a balcony for fresh air. Full sized fridge, sofa, coffee table felt like 'home'. The bathroom was very clean and modern, everything in working order. Lighting options were perfect, ample storage, etc. Staff were extremely helpful and warm, organising laundry, shuttles, etc. We would highly recommend a stay in this gorgeous apartment and would return without hesitation. 💕

Very clean and nice room on the 11th floor. Hot water, kettle, fridge, dishes. Comfortable beds. Ocean view from the balcony. No mosquitoes. I really enjoyed my stay. Good location, ocean across the street. Shops, restaurants on the same street. Helpful staff. They helped us call a taxi to the airport at night. 20-30 min drive to the airport.

Easy check in with this new, privately managed multi occupancy apartment block in Negombo. The apartments are well located for easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The rooftop pool and terrace are great spots for sunset views over the beach. Our room was on the 11th floor with a nice little side balcony overlooking the bay. Great air con and shower also!

Hard to find a good morning coffee place nearby.

The apartment is in the top floor of a large apartment building with a good size rooftop pool opposite Browns beach. There a small balcony with a fantastic view. Close to restaurants and transport. Check in and check out were easy, the beds very comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Found a restaurant nearby " Leonardo" that does the best woodfired pizzas we have had ever. Great value stay.

The person who welcomed us and took us to the apartment didn't keep any of his promises- to send us a menu from the restaurant upstairs, give us good rates for a taxi etc. Guess he couldn't be bothered

Nasha‘s place was perfect for our last days in Sri Lanka before heading back to the airport and we felt very comfortable. Great location at Negombo Beach, nice and very clean room with seaview from the balcony and a rooftop pool. Very easy to communicate with the owner and manager of the place, they even got us a fever thermometer delivered to our room, thanks again :)

It was a great stay at Serenity studio Apartments with a very cozy feeling and we loved the physical evidence of the venue ! The ornaments at the place made a lively feeling around ! The place was super calm and quiet. The rooftop had a nice pool. It was very clean and very private. The lady who was managing the property Ms Nadeesha and Mr Roshan were very helpful with the stay and the were doing the needful. Good luck guys ! 😊
