I wish they had done proper cleaning before handing over to the customer. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. They should also consider installing new doors for the rooms. If they can improve these small areas, it would be a really good value for a budget friendly hotel.

The staff is really friendly, and the location is close to the Kataragama Devalaya. The rooms are okay (I stayed in the Superior Family Room), but I wish they could improve the bathroom quality.

The door was broken, so we had to move to another room, which was smaller and had fewer facilities than the first one. The signal inside the room was poor. There was no water in the morning, so we were a little late because we had to wait for it.

The food was excellent, and the portions were larger than we expected. The staff were very helpful and kind at all times. The rooms were close to each other, just as we requested, and they were spotless.

The phone number listed on your website and on Google did not work, which made it very difficult to contact the hotel management for important pre check-in details. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress before my arrival. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that accurate and working contact information is provided going forward. The door lock was not functioning properly, which may pose a safety risk. I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible to ensure the security of guests.

The main Door lock of room I Stayed 101 was not working properly even though it's not a major concern it's a bit risky.

Suggestion - It's good to have tea bags/coffee sachets available for the guests as the kettle and mugs were provided.

Large clean hotel rooms. Spacious bathroom. Hot water is running smoothly. A/C is new and working nicely. A ceiling fan is also available. Very comfortable bed (spring mattresses) and pillows. Convenient and quiet location - walking distance to Katharagama devalaya. 8 minutes drive to Kiriwehera temple. The hotel staff arranged a Yala safari tour for us within a short notice.
