Excellent location with everything around, 3 minutes walk to Mirissa’s main beach, ATM, grocery shops all nearby. Close enough to hear the waves but peaceful at night. Room was clean with high quality amenities and well-maintained bathroom. Minimal interior design creates a peaceful atmosphere. Host Sergio guided us to the best locations around and was very responsive to our urgent requests. Staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Right in the middle of the shops, places to eat and the beach. The owners were lively and very accommodating- we had a very bad experience in a taxi coming from the airport to Mirissa which meant we didnt arrive till 11:15pm, but they stayed up and greeted us without a fuss.

We got a free upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The room was spacious and the facilities all worked well. The check-in process was easy and the person at reception was super friendly and provided some great recommendations as well. The accomodation is off the main street so it was quite enough and you could still hear the waves though there were dogs around the area barking throughout the night which I guess isn't the accomodations fault. We only stayed for a few hours as we had to leave super early but it was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect!

The accommodation was in a very good location, close to the beach and to many restaurants. The whole hotel is beautiful, full of plants, and places to hang out with other guests. The rooms are freshly renovated, so everything was clean and new, having all the necessary things for your stay. Hotel manager Dmitrij was going above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and that we have all that we need. He shared his map of places to eat all along the coast, which he updates regularly, he borrowed us towels for the beach and his diving Tshirt. And he managed to arrange us last minute pickup to take us to another city for a safari. It was one of the best hosts that we had in Sri Lanka.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, but if we only had more vacation we would have stayed longer 😉 The room was nice, spacious and above all very clean. In addition, we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony which was very nice of the owner. The room had air conditioning and wifi which worked flawlessly. The location is great - 2 minutes from the beach but not on the main street which made the hotel quiet. The owner is very kind and helpful. We can honestly recommend this hotel and the next time we are in Sri Lanka we will definitely come back here.

Hotel doesn't serve breakfast bur plenty options close-by. Hotel is nice and on walking distance from beach and restaurants. There is good contact with owner and manager who take the time for you and are interested where the can be of your assistance. Tips for good lunch and diners are top! Good place to stay!

Sergii the host was very helpful. The accommodations are constantly cleaned, very clean, beautiful surroundings. Well equipped rooms, everything you could need. The beach is a short 50 meter walk away. Perfect choice!

The location was perfect, just set back off the main road of the main area. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance and just across the road from the beach. Free beach towels are given out if you ask too. Dima was the highlight of our stay here! He was really attentive and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect including sending a list of recommendations that he had complied throughout his time in Mirissa and going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in our room after not sleeping well the first night. My only recommendation to anyone staying here is to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as there are trees with animals close by that can be noisy in the morning along with dogs and traffic, but nothing too major.

The hotel lies within a little side alley from the main road right by a canal, it can smell sometimes but only while passing not when you’re at the hotel. Therefore it wasn’t any issue for us!

Everything was fantastic! The hotel is pretty new, has everything you need for a comfortable a nice stay. The owners helped out with restaurant ideas and organized other activities. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!
