Not self catering but all retaurants are close by and high quality. Also Uber eats delivered here quickly and cheaply, so not really a concern.

The property in on the beach with the waves crashes against the barrier. Great sunset and beach views from all rooms from their balcony. Room and Bathrooms are large and nicely decorated. Rooms have free fans and a, hot water and free refillable drinking water. Every thought is well considered. Excellent Hotel quality lighting. Best of all the, owner and host Arindu will do everything he can to make your stay comfartable.

A couple of small things could be improved: there wasn’t much space to dry or store clothes, and it would be nice to have beach towels provided in the room. Also, a shower rack for shampoo and toiletries would be helpful. balcony needs small table

Nice guesthouse with a very spacious and clean room. the view of the ocean from our window was absolutely stunning. small beach Infront. although the waves were too strong for swimming during our stay, we truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the view. large and comfortable bed. the bathroom was also big and clean without any smell. It’s a bit far from the main beach, but only a few minutes away by tuk-tuk, so it wasn’t a problem for us. at the same time the area is so calm and quiet.

The photos of the room were very accurate, it was recently renovated, clean and one of the most spacious rooms we stayed in Sri Lanka. The host was very polite and had an excellent command of English, he was also very prepared to give us advice on the places to visit and eat nearby. On the back side the hotel has a small "private" beach which is perfect for morning and afternoon swims, providing an excellent balcony view to our room. I would highly recommend the stay and it is certain that we will go back if we visit the country again. Although the hotel is not located at the town's center, there is easy access as we always had plenty tuktuks waiting at the entrance.

The property is clearly new - a few things could be added like bedside lights, another towel rack/hooks for wet stuff, and an additional shelf to put toiletries. A kettle and some coffee/tea in the room and maybe the option to purchase drinks would be nice too.

The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Communication was easy and the team was very friendly. Very good value for money.

We loved the location- just a 3-minute tuktuk or 15-minute walk to the main beach. A little away from the hussle and bussle but not too far for it to be an inconvenience. Always tuktuks available out the front. Cafe next door with laundry services. We had a group of 6 (3 rooms) and it was perfect for us. There's a private beach right out the front which feels so lux. The perfect spot to watch the sunset. Rooms have all the basics and are clean and spacious. Staff are super lovely and helpful. Great value for money. Would stay again.

It felt like having our own private beach! A brand-new place where we woke up to breathtaking views every morning. The sea was completely calm in the mornings, just like the Mediterranean, and we had the best time swimming every day. Everything was spotless and super safe. Arindu, the owner, was very attentive and open to feedback. There’s also a fantastic café right next door that even offers laundry service, which was super convenient. Plus, there was always a tuk-tuk waiting outside, so getting around was a breeze. It was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend staying here. Since it’s still new, the prices are quite reasonable—try it before they go up!

We had two really good nights at Sansun surfhouse, the location is perfect - falling asleep with the sound of the waves and waking up with a beautiful view of a quiet beach. The rooms are spacious making it super comfortable to stay and keeping the place nicely cooled at all times. The place is super clean and all facilities are there :) Would highly recommend booking your stay here!
