This place was way better than expected-the room was HUGE, the bed large and comfortable, the ac crisp and the wifi fast. The owners are very kind also! Would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

Great location, close to the bus station, but also to the beach. But still quiet with no city rush. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, enough place for your stuff. The room includes also small kitchen where you can cook or prepare a tea. Bathroom was also big and clean.

Perfect quiet location surrounded by jungle and birds. Very close to the beach. The family is very lovely and friendly. The apartment has everything we needed! Little kitchen was a plus! We loved it!!! We will come back for sure!

A lack of fresh air, maybe windows missing but not a big problem. You could open the big glass front but then you dont have any privacy anymore

A bit tricky to get there in the first time. Fridge a bit smelly.

Spacious room, clean, good ac, big bathroom, hot water, finally good Wifi! Small things like uk adapter, mop for wet floors. Love it. Amazing value for the money. Recommend it.

Wide room in a beautiful setup. Loved also the fridge and the simple cooking equipment, very convenient. Everything was very clean and the woman running the place was very friendly. If you ever pass by Hikkaduwa this is your place, dont hesitate. Thank you :)

Nice big room, clean and bed was very comfortable! Had a fridge which was handy for keeping water cold. Big bathroom, fan and AC worked really well!

It would be nice to have a mosquito net I think!

This guesthouse is wonderful! Ideal for longer stays you have everything you need including a fridge, microwave and kettle. It’s in a great location, a short walk to the beach but far enough away it is very peaceful. The garden is lovely and the family very welcoming. Highly recommend!

everything was super

the place was great, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the centre, the room is very big with mini kitchen, hairdryer and clothes iron, big shower and mosquitoes has been cleared away. the hosts are so nice and made sure we have everything we need. bathroom is big and everything feels new and clean. very recommended!!!!!

No mosquito net on the bed, there weren't that many about because its a clean place, but there were a couple, so it would have been nice to have the option.

The size of the room was extra large, as was the bed, everything was clean and neat, it looked brand new. The kitchenette was fantastic, it had a hob and kettle and everything that you would need, all clean and good quality. There's an excellent guard dog, the surroundings are nice and peaceful and there's a seating area outside. The family are nice and the owner is very nice and happy to help, I stayed an extra night. Also, it's close to some good bars, Gamaa's Place is good for watching football and a bit of music and nice rotti's.

WiFi was unreliable. No room cleaning during stay.

Good location by the train track and a short walk to the beach. Room and bathroom were very large with a fridge and aircon. Very friendly family.

We arrived and the outside area is not pleasant, there is construction ongoing but other than this it still isn’t great. Inside there is a strong smell of damp and mould. The towels and bedding felt slightly damp.

Cheap. Short walk to the beach (10 min). Host was helpful.
