United StatesI had to switch rooms because of a plumbing problem. But that first room was a bit more comfortable. Some guests were pretty noisy in the middle of the night, but that wasn’t common.
Friendly, helpful staff. The room was simple but very adequate for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is near the Bellanvila park, a big plus for early morning exercise.

Sri LankaThe wash room was partitioned in the same room. So you can easily hear and smell wash room.. so bad. Ac was broken and water came to the room and bed sheet was dirty and at least they didnt change tissue roll in wash room from previous guest.I am not sure how relevant authorities allowed to maintain hotel like this.

Sri LankaThey have to trained their staff properly and they have to fixed whatever the facilities not working for an example tv signals, need to clean washroom properly and put some soap atleast. Whatever the price their charging they have to give the service according to that. Hope they will fixed these problems in future for their betterment
Location was okay okay but for that money that rooms are not worth and service also terrible… I guess its not a problem with the staff but from the management. They are not managing their services properly. For an example for the bathroom there is no any soap atleast and its not well cleaned, TV channels not cleared, yesterday was a bit rainy day and when we are going to inside the restuarant in roof I guess some damage and floor on full of water. I booked for a double room and after visit I extended to a family room and I paid 10400/- for a night and for that price that room and this hotel services not worth at all. Im paying that money and their giving a very low service. Totally disappointed and im not suggesting this place

MaldivesRooms were dirty, floor was dusty, lots of insects in the room, workers were doing construction right outside the room, when you opened the tap ants crawled out. The towels they offer used to be white. We immediately left after finding other options. I suggest they finish their renovations before giving off rooms

Sri LankaI recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, there was no kettle or water bottles provided in the room, which was a major inconvenience. The towels provided were also too small and inadequate. The television had no satellite channels and even the local antenna channels were not clear. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for no apparent reason. The bathroom was not up to standard and was lacking basic amenities. On top of everything, every time I turned on the lights in my room, the power would go out and I had to call reception multiple times to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

Sri LankaBooked via booking.com for a discounted price. But they charged an additional amount saying that we exceeded 22hrs (but our stay was from 5pm to 12 noon). When contacted the hotel on the previous day, they confirmed that there is a restaurant available on site. But on arrival, they said it has been closed on Saturdays. There is an electric kettle mentioned in the room amenities but did not get. Hot water was not working in the morning.
Suitable for a short stay and the location is convenient. Staff welcoming was good.
