FranceA little basic, our bathroom was tired, but the hotel has started lots of renovating. A little touch up and this would be 9 rating.
Lovely welcome with juice and iced towels. All staff were fantastic - nothing was too much. Even helped us repair a little tear in the roof of our hired tuktuk. Restaurant manager made us a special Sri Lankan meal just for us! Included breakfast was good - fresh fruits, cereal, choice of some Sri Lankan food, nice made to order omelette. Great location just 2 minutes drive to Turtle Beach where we saw huge turtles! Walking distance to another beach. Bars and little shops right by.

Sri LankaHotel looks old. The lift was terrifying to get on to. The doors of the room and bathroom kept making a noise throughout the night because of the wind, which disturbs the sleep. Had to get up and put carpets to the door in the middle of the night. All together, service can be improved and the hotel can be renovated

Sri LankaThey have mentioned that the room category as a suite when i booked, but i noticed that when i get into the room in is smaller than a public toilet . How they tell that it is a suite, no enough space in balcony, no even a bath tub in the bathroom if it is a suite category room . Even there is no a ceiling fan. This is not a complain , i suggest to do the propper arrangement for satisfy your guest and i request this as i am also a hotelier
