The host is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was there to help us with everything and was flexible with our requests. He made a wonderful breakfast, you can see that he puts his heart and soul into it. The room is well equipped, the air conditioning works very well. The beach is very close, the view from the room is beautiful, directly overlooking the ocean.

This is very lovely and cozy place just in front of the Mirissa beach, 5 minutes walking on turtle bay and famous coconut tree hill. Good for any type of traveler. Clean rooms, great views and most importantly very helpful and friendly staff.

No balcony, restaurant downstairs didn’t seem to be open.

Located centrally but not so much that it’s noisy… just at one end of the beach. Good WiFi, great breakfast & lovely staff!

Bathroom smelt bad, but think this is just a Sri Lankan plumbing issue. Maybe could be helped by putting a diffuser in there. Not a con, but something to consider is the hotel is based on three floors with a lot of stairs.

Very nice room, really large bed and very comfortable. The bed has a high quality mosquito net over. Nice and clean common areas and great swimming pool with a view of the sea. Great location with restaurants directly outside and the main shops etc a 5-10 minute walk away. Helpful and friendly staff, I would recommend!

Location is opposite beach - brilliant! Swimming pool is lovely. Owner and staff are such good people and very funny too! All the guests were so friendly too- good vibe place. AC was very welcome.

We would have wished to have a breakfast option before our excursions, even if it was take-away. The towels weren't properly cleaned nor precisely new...

Room clean and location great (just in front of the beach). In our personal experience, we didn't hear any traffic noises, as we had a room at the back of the building. The hosts were kind and we appreciated the food of the restaurant. The free drinkable water was also a plus.

We had a quiet and clean room in the back of the hotel. Verry nice breakfast. Nice common area and swimming pool. This was the cheapest hotel during our stay and was one of the best. Hosts were super friendly! Would recommend!

I had booked a sea view room, and it did have a little sea view but I'm not sure it was the best room!

Room was comfortable. Air-conditioning and fridge in room. Shower worked well. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Very tasty! Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice! Very close to access the beach. Hotel is set on the right side of the main road but traffic didn't bother me at night. Recommendations locally- Raja and the whale ( Whale tours) Secret Root Spa ( the best garden spa with amazing therapists in Sri Lanka) No.1 Dewmini Roti Shop for amazing food, Kottu Roti and peanut butter shakes!

We really loved our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the owners and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rathna especially went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. He makes a great breakfast too! The location is perfect and much closer to the beach than expected. There is also a pool with a sea view to cool off at the property. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owners are Super nice and do everything they are able to for you! The property is as pictured and very nice. Sitting in the pool over looking the ocean was AMAZING. so nice to cool off without the sand and waves and still have the beautiful view. I loved it. So convenient. Breakfast was huge and delicious. I ate in the restaurant twice very clean, delicious, fresh home cooked meals at reasonable prices! The owners work so hard to fulfill your every wish. Location is in between parrot rock and coconut tree hill. The beach access is directly across the street. So great! The property is as pictured, with clean grounds and restaurant. It is a great value, in a great location.
