Water pressure was a little weak in shower but it was okay, taking tuk tuk to get to town but it you want a view of course this is normal

Great place to stay with a beautiful view, of course with beautiful views there are sone difficulties as it is high up, tuk tuks like to cheat you by dropping you off somewhere else and telling you , you have to walk part of the way, not true. You are better off taking tuk tuk ordered through property, they are good caring people, comfortable place, clean, breakfast is excellent, bathroom facilities were good, value was excellent, very quiet , and get to see monkeys.

The place was great and clean with beautiful location,delicious breakfast,super nice family. The location is far from the city but it is worth it,you can take tuk tuk or taxi. Next to the place is a restaurant with good food,so you can stay there and not go to the Ella city.

The hotel is located high up in the mountains, about 2 km from the city. The view is amazing, but it’s a bit hard to find a tuk-tuk, and prices can be higher due to the uphill location.

The view from the room was stunning, especially with the mountains in the background. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served with a mountain view. The owner was very friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

Slightly far from Ella town up steep mountainous roads. Tuk Tuk is required to get in and out of town however, these are abundant and cheap (£1/£2 each way).

Rooms: Amazing rooms with unbelievable view! Comfy beds, good fan, mosquito net, great shower temperature and pressure. Location: Unbeatable mountain views. Hosts: Amazing! Prepared breakfast for us everyday giving us options of omelette, eggs, fruit, toast, and more! Organised all tuk tuks for us. Cute dog!

Th room was perfect with an amazing view and clean bathroom. The host prepared us a delicious breakfast and was helpful with arranging tuktuks. It's a bit far from the main area but that's a plus in my opinion, better be quiet and peaceful in the morning and night then be in the center of chaos.

There was a funny smell that came from the bathroom which we thought might have come from the drain but we couldn’t work it out.

It's quite far to walk to the town and the hill is steep- you need to get a Tuktuk for LKR700-1000.

The path to the location is quite narrow and only three wheels and bikes can easily travel to the location. Better if you find a tuktuk instead of coming on a van or a car.

The owner and staff were quite friendly and even helped to find traveling support for us. The rice and curry breakfast was quite tasty.

We've been welcomed like a family member. The breakfast was absolutely great. We loved it. It was possible to, had the laundry done. There is a shuttle service available for going in the city. It's a bit far from the centre. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning. We felt safe and would stay again there.

Great location for Ella rock. Really nice view from the accommodation. The breakfast was also delicious and the owner was helpful with everything, he told us the bus schedule to other cities. The room was clean and comfortable, there is hot water, no A/C, only fan, but it was enough, it’s not so hot in Ella during the night. We can really recommend this accommodation to everyone :)

Everything was perfect. Our host made the best breakfast for us and wash our clothes. When we decide to climb at Ella rock they help us to find the best way and write a map for us. Very nice people who are always ready to help you with everything. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean, new room with breathtaking views. The nicest hosts who prepared tea for us on arrival, guided us on our sunrise hike to Ella rock, provided transport to anywhere we wanted and made the best pancakes we had in Sri Lanka. Rating 11/10!
