Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The view from the room was stunning overlooking Rawana waterfall. Room was large, comfortable beds, good quality mosquito nets, fridge, kettle and good air-conditioning. Loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the stunning scenery. The team were so kind and attentive and helped arrange a tuk tuk tour of Ella and surrounds. Location is fabulous - you feel like you're away from it all but just a 10 minute walk to Ella town centre. Very easy to get tuk tuks if you don't want to walk. Breakfast is very good (choice of Sri Lankan or Western) and massive. Great having breakfast watching monkeys play in the forest.

AustraliaThe property is located in a breathtaking location with a direct view of the Ravana Falls just minutes from Ella city centre. We got rooms 108 and 109 .. spacious rooms and amazing views. Specially their family rooms were generously big. They have a beautifully done bar upstairs with a decent size pool table again with beautiful views.. They also have a beautiful Labrador whose name is Rowdy :) and She’s definitely a happy pill to your trip …The owner and staff are friendly and very accommodating :) Be rest assured that you will sure come back to this place again.

Very clean bedroom, with mosquito nets and a good atmosphere. Would recommend to any group of friends or families travelling to Ella.
