The staff was very supportive and helped with us all the arrangements we asked for. The room including the washroom was very clean. The location was convenient too as it was few meters away from the town. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a vacation in Nuwara Eliya.

We had two rooms for our family. They were newly refurbished rooms with very comfortable beds and a nice modern bathroom. The shared area was excellent for our group to eat breakfast together. We had one television in the shared area and were able to get the owners to tune it in to the tennis for the finals of Wimbledon which was eagerly watched by our group, so that was an amazing service provided.

While the beds are obviously new and clean, the rest of our room looked a bit worn down, which wasn’t clear in the pictures. However, value for money it’s a great pick.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is spacious and comfortable and the hosts are super friendly and always available to help you arrange transport, provide breakfast, etcetera.

I do wish the room had a TV and a mini fridge, though these were available in the common area. Also noticed some mold growth. Despite that, the overall experience was positive and I would consider returning.

This place has been recently renovated and everything is super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very professional and kind, helping us with everything during our short stay. A special mention goes to Kumar, our tuk tuk driver, who not only drove us around but also shared local stories, made scenic stops, and recommended great places to eat. Highly recommended for a smooth and authentic experience in Nuwara Eliya!

Absolutely loved it here. We stayed in the triple room and it was very spacious even with our big backpacks. The staff have been the highlight of this stay as well, they’ve been very helpful and recommended food places for us and also helped us book tours, they go above and beyond with the service. This is such an underrated place and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s having second thoughts about staying here - you’ll love this place.
