Sri LankaThe curtains in the room isn't very thick so the sunlight comes inside the room very early in the morning. If you are someone who doesn't like to wake up early then it's going to be a problem. :)
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The area is very calm and quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The hot water was working and they give a heater as well. The location is ideal since it's only about 10 mins walk to the main road. It was a very relaxing stay for me.

IraqTheir breakfast needs to be improved definitely. It was not tasty and prepared quite late.
The room was very spacious and clean over all. Although, I found few hair on the ground. The bathroom was very clean and had good facilities. There was hot water at great pressure for shower. The area was quiet and had a nice view from the dining room balcony. There were sockets next to the bed for charging. There was kettle and hair dryer. However, the hairdryer wasn't strong enough and needed long time to dry hair. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The arranged transportation from the train station to the hotel and sent me my loggage to the train station, so I catch my train.

PakistanMy stay at Queens Mount Glen Hotel was very pleasant, and it's a great choice for travelers visiting Nuwara Eliya. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed. While the mattress was a bit too soft for my personal preference, I still found it comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the heater they provided, which was a huge bonus for the chilly Nuwara Eliya nights. The balcony offered a great view, and the hotel's location is a definite plus. It's in a quiet area but not far from the city center, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. One of the standout features was the shower. The water was consistently hot and had excellent pressure, which is exactly what you want after a long day of sightseeing.

Czech RepublicThe room was crazy cold (without A/C), I didn't mind, but my partner was shivering in the evenings. Be ready for that. Breakfast is offered from 7:30 to 10:00 and the accommodation is not very willing to budge from that time. On the one hand I understand, they have a regime, but on the other hand they know that tourists go to Horton Plains, where it only makes sense to go before sunrise and returning before 10:00 is almost impossible. At the same time, the accommodation has no option of packed breakfasts for the trip. We did end up getting breakfast, even though we didn't get back until 10:30, but they weren't helpful at first.
Excellent location, from the center of Nuwara eliya conveniently in 10 minutes on foot, nearby are shops, restaurants, and close to the bus station. A great starting point for visiting the plantations. Room itself was clean, breakfast nice with nice views of the town and surrounding area. Staff friendly.

Germany- we’ve had both good and bad impressions about the staff: very kind welcoming gesture (little token) but the attention and forthcoming wasn’t really there. Since they’re not in the reception all the time it seems like they’re doing something upstairs without much attention to travelers - the road leading to the property is Rocky and not easy at night

LithuaniaArrival to the hotel is a bit complicated and if you want to go out in the evening, the road will be up and down to the hills that have quite high inclines. Moreover, sound isolation is poor and you can hear neighbours talking or using bathroom. But for one night it's not a big issue.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and clean. Hotel is also located in calm area of Nuwara Eliya. Good restaurants and the city itself are not far away.

NepalWe had a great stay at Queens Mount Glen Heights in Nuwara Eliya. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located—just a short drive from the town center but still peaceful and quiet. A special mention to Mr. Mohammad Riskhan and his team who were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to assist with any requests. Their hospitality really stood out! The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds and a cozy feel. The bathroom was very clean and had great water pressure. We also appreciated the secure on-site parking, which was really convenient. One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast served with a stunning view. There were both local and Western options, all fresh and delicious—perfect way to start the day!

GermanyOut of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip through Sri Lanka, this one was by far the best. I’m absolutely in love with it! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — they carried our heavy suitcases to the room without a single complaint, which was such a thoughtful gesture. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a beautiful scent. None of the other hotels I stayed at had rooms that smelled this fresh and pleasant. It truly added an extra level of comfort and made our stay feel even more special. The bathroom was very spacious — and, surprisingly, the only one during my whole trip that had a window! It was clean, elegant, and well-designed. The room itself was a dream. The interior design, the bed, the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. I genuinely fell in love with this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
