Everything! The location is i only accessible via Tuk Tuk, but they sent one to collect is which was so kind ☺️ this was one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka. The family who run the location are wonderful, the location is amazing & the views are breathtaking!

The property is very scenic and the stay was quite comfortable. The host was really sweet and served a wonderful platter for breakfast. You will need a tuktuk to reach this place otherwise it will be quite a walk. There is also a secret beach nearby to explore.

Leonard, the owner, made our stay at Perfect View special. He was extremely helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Secret beach was less than a 5 minute walk away and the walk to town was around 15 minutes. The views were incredible, especially for sunset.

The location and the owner (greatest guy ever met). He did everything he could to make sure we were happy!

The road is accessible only via tuktuk but for me this is part of the experience of being close to where the locals live

A room with an absolutely stunning view! Excellent facilities, clean and spacious accommodation and very kind hosts who made us feel incredibly welcome! Highly recommend staying here just to meet Leonard (owner). Leonard suggested Boodhi to us, who kindly drove us in his tuk tuk whenever and whenever we wanted. We caught a beautiful sunset sitting outside our room on the sun loungers, and without the crowds!

We stayed in several hotels around Sri Lanka over 15 nights, Perfect view was one of our favourites. Beautiful location. The owner Lenrard was truly a fantastic host, nothing was any trouble. Lenrard organised our tuktuk travel which was marvellous. Would recommend anyone to stay here. We actually wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately we're unable to cancel our next hotel.

The stay has amazing view. Watching sunset from this property was breathtaking and it is 3 mins walk from secret beach. The property owner was very helpful. He helped us arrange passes for whale watching at a very reasonable price. The property owners brother drives tuk tuk which was an added advantage for us as he picked/dropped us from the restaurant and bars even late night. I’d totally recommend this stay.

Lovely home stay with a stunning view. The host is so welcoming and goes above and beyond for his guests, he even cleaned our TukTuk for us! It is situated on top of a hill which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the town, and most easily accessible by TukTuk. The view is beautiful and the breakfast included is also lovely. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in Mirissa.

Absolutely perfect! The view is breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. A peaceful escape with stunning sunsets and with only a short walk to secret beach! highly recommend

The view was fantastic and the host and his family were lovely. Great breakfast with top class view. 5 minutes walk from Secret Beach where you can see Sea turtles and have free sunbeds if you order juices or to eat during the day. No

Up a very steep hill from the village so you need a Tuk tuk which costs 800 rupees each time however the host helps you call one each time if you need one.

Absolutely amazing place.We had only one night here but fully enjoyed it! The Secret beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. Also It's a pleasure to spend the time on the terrace under the palms. The host is extremely friendly and helpful! We'll definitely visit this place one more time !

The view and peaceful location were very much appreciated after the chaos of the roads travelling to the perfect view from hiriketeya.

Whilst close to the secret beach which has food and is lovely it is a tuk tuk ride from Marissa’s main beach area

Crazy view and location!!!

It was an unforgettable experience staying at this hotel. The view was stunning, with fresh coconuts right from the tree, a perfect, fresh breakfast, and one and only host. He took care of us like family members and was always nearby when we needed him. It’s 100% the most beautiful and peaceful place in Mirissa!

Everything is absolutely perfect!the location is beautiful!The room is huge and very clean!The breakfast is delicious!the most important thing is the owner..I have no words for this man.he treated us like we were family!I totally recommend this place and I hope we ll be back one day!

A bit remote up a steep track

Amazing view over the ocean. Nice big rooms with AC and hot water. The host is very friendly and provides great service. Very close to secret beach (only 5min walk)

You only can come there by Tuktuk.

The owner is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. He organized a Tuk Tuk to pick us up (as the last 5min to the location cannot be reached by car), any request we had was no issue. This is a small family run place on a hill that has only 3 rooms, the rooms are new and have air con. It has a great ocean view (also great sunset) and a very quiet location. Less than 5min walk to Secret Beach Mirissa. Breakfast was very big and tasty. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked everything but note that this is not a party location and you need ca. 15min walk / 5min Tuk Tuk to reach the restaurants / Mirissa beach. For us it was not an issue as we appreciate to live in a quiet place.

There is so much to like. The hotel was private, (3 rooms only) comfortable, and 'perfect views ' from each room. Our host, Rinalde, was so attentive. He is a kind, caring, helpful, and generous man. Breakfasts were amazing with the choice of Sri Lankan or Western. We went to Sri Lankan each time. You won't want to eat for the rest of the day. Beers & fresh fruit smoothies are available too. I'm not sure what else. Air-conditioned, king-size bed, hot and cold shower. Overall, it was really nice accommodation. A few local (very rustic) restaurants close by.

Tricky to get to. Tuk tuk recommended. 'Private Beach', where there are a couple of restaurants and bar is not ideal for swimming. Only on good days. There is a sheltered pool at one of the bars.
