The ONLY little detail that could maybe be looked into is that we had a LOT of washing to do, as this was the only place we were staying that had a washing machine, but there was only 1 key card, which we had to remove when we weren't in and so there was no electricity for the washing machine to run. Is it possible to put the washing machine on the same circuit as the fridge/freezer maybe?

Our hosts, Rory and Elaine, contacted us on Wats App prior to our arrival to let us know the exact location, check-in details and contact numbers and were on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything. Rory recommended places to eat and even rang ahead to one of the restaurants we had booked, to make sure they looked after us well! and they really did! The apartment was pristine and the kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever seen. No blunt knives or frying pans so old that they lost their non-stick properties to be seen here! Also, we didn't discover this until our last night, but if you turn right as you go out onto the beach, a ten minute walk down there you will find 8+ cool beach bars/restaurants for dinner. There are a few to the left to, but the service was pretty shocking and we waited almost 2 hours for any food at one.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful penthouse apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The highlight was the huge balcony, offering stunning panoramic views of the beach and ocean. The surrounding lush gardens are impeccably maintained, and the pool is spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, with a great selection of restaurants just a short walk away – ideal for dining out without needing to walk far as well as a fantastic dive centre. Communication throughout was outstanding. Rory and Elaine were incredibly helpful and responsive prior to our stay, providing us with some fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. It was a real pleasure meeting you both. The on-site team were also friendly, professional and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Staff looking after the complex tipped some baby birds out of their nest in one of the trees next to the pool. They obviously think the crows are a nuisance but we are a family of nature lovers and it was upsetting to see them killing birds.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment, huge and finished to a very high standard. The living spaces are large and well furnished. We didn't cook but the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you'd need and there's every a washing machine which we did use a few times during our 6 night stay. We loved the large balcony which overlooks the beach. The pool is clean and large enough for a good swim and the grounds were lovely. We only used the jacuzzi once which was on the room but was nice to have a drink at night, overlooking the sea. Plenty of places along the quiet beach for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Great for a relaxing stay.

The apartment itself was extremely clean and had everything you would want. The service was excellent- Rory (host) was very prompt and the house keepers were very helpful And the location was stunning. It had the most beautiful views of the beach and excellent pool

Impossible to improve! Everything perfect; from the arangements with owner Rory to the welcoming by manager mr Siyath and the amazing apartment itself. Large rooms, fully equiped kitchen (including cold water dispenser), comfortable furniture, large balcony, best shower in Sri lanka. Absolutely fantastic. The pool was good and clean and of course you have the ocean 50 m from your door. Room service also very good and other restaurants nearby. Heaven on earth!

Minor things. The card to get into the apartment is a knack which it seemed only I could get which meant that everyone else struggled to get in. But I think they know about this and it’s being sorted. We went very early in the season (April and there’s not much happening) the bars are open but there’s no customers so not much vibe for my younger daughters. but that’s not anything to do with the penthouse- just be aware that it’s more peaceful at this time (I like!) Shame that the complex sun lounger cushions are left out as they got soaked in the frequent over night storms and so the sponge filling was always wet. (As I say Minor issues) It’s a totally awesome place to stay and I’d go back in a heartbeat

Everything! Having stayed in 5 other places over 2 weeks we were looking forward to staying put for 5 final days of the holiday. Walking into the penthouse- if I’m honest, made me tear up. It was so beautiful. The views across the beach and the ocean, the spaciousness, the attention to detail. It’s an incredible place to stay. The staff were very helpful on checking in/out and the owner always available. The cows walking up the beach made my day too! Not something you see everyday 😂

Wonderful place to stay near Nilaveli - it's a huge apartment located in a condominium equipped with all the services and amenities you might need during your stay. The staff was great, different services were available (we had a shared pool, a private jacuzzi on the rooftop, a café where you could go to eat or order room service, etc.), and there was also a security guard at the entrance. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was working well and you have an amazing view on the beach and sea. On top of that, sleeping with the sound of waves in the background was priceless! Moreover, there's also a bank with ATM and foreign exchange services located at 2-3 minutes (by car) from the condominium. Last but not least, our hosts were friendly, always available, and they also helped us when we changed our check-in/check-out times!

If I had to identify any minor areas for improvement, it would be the cleaning chemicals or artificial scents used in the apartment. Whatever the source, it was pervasive throughout the apartment.

The layout and location of the apartment are perfect for group travelers or family. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing and contains all the amenities one would hope for, even including a cold/hot water dispenser. The location cannot be more well-situated, with restaurants and scuba diving centers right next door.

10am checkout is a little early - if they can somehow push this to 11am, then that would be nice, however, given the meticulous attention to detail of the property furnishings, I can imagine it takes a while to clean and ensure property is properly ready for next checkin. I'd still book again!

The apartment has a great view. It has all the facilities required for a stay - over and above in fact as there were crab crackers, cheese toasters etc beyond the usual items. It's a large apartment with plenty of space and is well decorated. The jacuzzi is lovely (not sure if the temperature can be increased which would be nice - didn't check but it felt a little cool once the sun went down but still nice). Host communication was great. Staff were also great. Highly recommended stay!

The balcony had a spectacular view (especially for early risers)and the pool & jacuzzi facilities were perfect for us. The owners were very accommodating, friendly, and communicative. Absolutely unforgettable experience, penthouse and it's luxuries perfectly in sync with the breathtaking nilavelli beach view, Rory was the perfect host to us , very concerned of minute details to ensure our stay was comfortable, the team of staff who are responsible for the cleaning and maintaining the penthouse was very responsive to our requirements, regret we couldn't extend the stay due to pre planned itinerary however, already planning a return trip, Note- Nilavelli beach is an unforgettable experience itself , on the poya day the sea became calm so we scuba dived, it was surreal, almost a mediation like experience whilst enjoying the sea bed and multi coloured jelly fish (not toxic on contact fyi☺️), it was like an out of body experience which is hard to describe ☺️

The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped with EVERYTHING you would need, and more. As host Rory told me... "all you need to bring is your personal belongings" :P The Jacuzzi on the rooftop with a view is super cool (unfortunately we didn't get to use it due to poor weather). Luxury Penthouse is like a home away from home. (",) a superstar accommodation. Host Rory & Elaine super hospitable & attentive to the smallest details. Greatly appreciated! <3 A note for other guests ... The restaurant in the condo premise said to be opened from 7.30am - 8.00pm. Do note they closed in between these hours. Do find out when you are there if you intend to have your meals or chill out there.

This is our second stay at this property, we like everything about it. Perfect location, amazing views from the balcony, next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka, you can go for a walk for hours in the beach. Apartment is very clean, spacious, all rooms has air conditioning and fans, great Wi-Fi. Lovely swimming pool, never crowded. Highly recommend
