The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere is excellent, creating a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The facilities are also spotless and well maintained, which really adds to the overall comfort. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much so, we wished we had a few more night's. Our accommodation was perfect, tranquil and very relaxing. Dilantha went above and beyond to ensure we achieved everything we wanted to whilst in Sigirya. His local knowledge of the area was extremely helpful and gave great insight on when and where to do thing's. He even organised our transport to our next location. If you are thinking of staying in Sigirya, don't hesitate to book here.

I had the feeling that the staff was friendly but not realy used to serve guests. The room was not ready when we arrived and breakfast was not organized and took so much time.

Occasional surges of power that would turn off aircon/lights/wifi for short period. Usually only lasted 5-10min, not a big issue at all.

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was fabulous with lots of space to relax, it was cleaned everyday. The rooms were big with great aircon. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

A little hard to get to without tuktuk. Sometimes you get stray dogs around which can be uncomfortable if you don’t like them.

Great and beautiful property! Staff are super helpful and give good and honest advice on how to make the most of your stay in Sigiriya! An awesome place that organised excursions for us such as an elephant safari that were at a good price.

The location is slightly remote so not much around. Breakfast wasn't great, cold eggs. Not sure if the water was clean as not in sealed bottles and warm when entering. The fridge didn't work.

The room was lovely and clean and air con was good. The young lad who worked there was kind and helped us plan a massage at his uncle's place, took us in his truck. Friendly staff, lovely grounds it's like being in the rainforest but be careful of bugs.

We were there on a national holiday. But getting dinner quickly and easily was tricky. Need to take tuk tuk. But no staff around at time.

Get truly in the forest with nature. Lots of birds in the trees. The pool was great to cool off and a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent.

Sheets weren't clean when we arrived (water got spilled or something, they had stains) and we had to ask for them to be changed. This was done immediately though so no big deal.

It is sometimes difficult to find people working that can support your doubts, but with time someone always appears.

The Ressort is very nice, the common areas are beuatiful, the swimming pool is lovely with very nice small houses to stay out of the Sun. The rooms are separated by small houses too and these are very clean and comfortable, with air conditioner

Bathroom was fine, although not much hot water - it either took a long time to heat up or there was none. Otherwise, all good.

Relaxed stay in a spacious, private chalet type suit. Good facilities including a fridge and hair dryer. Great pool. Decent food. If we'd had more time we would have taken up the offer of a private safari with a local driver as much better value than other places.

There's constant construction on the site. The noise is unbearable. We were coming straight from Colombo airport, landing at 3 am. After visitng Dambula on the way, went to Pidurangala Rock, and had to get up for Sigiriya at 4.00 am next morning. Considering the killing trip plans, the noise did not affect the kids and they sleept through all of it. But it will deffinately be a great problem for most adults. We understand they want to expand, but may be during this process they should charge less...We odered 4 sandwiches and 4 french fries. The amount of the portions was such that it barely covered the needs of our three kids -age 8,12,15, what was the biggest suprise is that for that (which we were never given anything like a menu or price list) aside from waiting for it almost an hour, we were charged 50$

The area around the pool is beautiful. There's barely anyone around so in a way it feels like a privite pool. The roomas are spacious, nice and clean. The breakfast is great and the guy who serves it saw that we are being considerate with the food, therefore gave us more, this was kind of him.
