The rooms are in need of maintenance. Not at all clean. So many mosquitoes. Staff was incompetent.

Bed sounded like it was going to break when you got on it, very creaky, woke me up every time I moved in the bed. Sheets had stains. Bathroom cabinets broken.

The TV was working but we cannot find anything to see. The manager is not friendly at all.

The toilet seat was broken, and it was attached with tape. The shower drainer keeps getting blocked after every use. Pool was old not as the photos. Breakfast was average, a bit pricey for what you get, better options available.

Bed had aircon and cleaned bed linen, towels provided. Shampoo and body wash, as well as hair dryer. It was located close to restaurants.

Room had no fan and the A/C was not very powerful so was a bit warm in the day time, breakfast was very basic but again cant complain with the cost.

Nothing Exceptional but also value for money, the pool was nice with a view and location is closeby for everything. Room was average.

The property was behind a service/petrol station. You could smell the fumes. Also due to the cars going in and out of the petrol station, it did become quite noisy at times.

Bathroom was not clean, the pipes made the bathroom smell, the large shower head was rusty so had to use the small one. There was lime scale in every corner. The door was stiff and my friend was stuck in there at one point. The main door for our room scrapped the floor and made an awfully loud sound. The door for the balcony seemed to be broken and was very hard to shut.

Great location and value for money. The owner was super helpful. My daughter injured her foot and needed a crutch. They drove to the next town and got us one. Couldn’t do enough to help.

Photo and reality are 2 different things. in reality, the room on the sunny side is very hot like an oven during the day, ac does not work in the room in the middle. during the day it is simply not possible to be in the room. the audibility is very strong, it is not possible to sleep from passing cars. the hotel pool is upstairs, downstairs is the gas station. we ran away from there the next day. ,flushing the toilet didn't work, there was no hot water. highly do not recommend

Everywhere it's dirty, the room was stinking, not clean, broken glasses in front of the room, and brooms and cleaning products as if the client has to do the cleaning. I was charge for two days..we didn't even stay two nights. I have provided pictures as proof, but the hotel doesn't want to listen. How can you stay if we are not happy? The lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice. Very disappointed with booking. Most of the hotels are refundable if the clients are unhappy , but not this hotel they make wasy money... not even the service was given but they have changed.
