There was no WiFi and the property needs a bit more of maintenance (f.e. proper main door lock) Water pressure in the upper floor was not the best.

The room was simple but functional. There’s a few details missing, f.e. hangers in the closet. But the location is great and in a walking distance to restaurants and to the beach. Everything was clean and the price-value was great.

We had such a warm welcome, as soon as we got into the room we wanted to extend! The bed was so nice and big and the air con was great! A great location and a quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, with it also being so peaceful. Will be staying again when we come back to Sri Lanka

Nothing - we loved it!

The rooms at Sunny Souls are very clean and have everything that you need. They provide beach towels, the air con is good and the beds are comfortable. The owner is very friendly and is quick to respond on WhatsApp if you have any questions. The guesthouse is in walking distance to all restaurants and Mirissa beach. Bonus points for the very cute puppy!

Sunny Souls was a great stay in Mirissa. The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed—strong air conditioning and a hot shower were a huge bonus. Brenda made check-in and check-out easy and was super friendly throughout my stay. The location is solid, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The only slight issue is finding the entrance—it’s tucked down a laneway to the left of Wavelength Hotel. A couple more signs, especially over the gate, would make things much easier for new guests. Overall, a quiet and comfortable stay with great service. Would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the beach or other main points. The room is big and it has A/C and a ceiling fan. Clean sheets. The hostesses are very nice and helpful. Very good quality/price.

Minimalistic design and interior what we really liked in this apartment. Downstairs in the open area you’ll find a small kitchenette where you can use some basics stuff. The location was great! Also our host gave us the AC room even if we didn’t booked it. He was always helpful open if we had questions.

Our stay of 2 nights at Olympus House was great - the room was spacious and comfortable and there was space outside to sit as well. We especially want to comment the great host, who is very kind and helpful! When I thought my friend was missing the owner and his son helped me a lot by coming to the police with me - luckily, everything turned out fine, but it was amazing to have such kind help. Thank you for a great stay! :)

We had the best stay here, the room was very clean and nice, very good bed and air conditioning. The Host was so nice and we had the best time with him. Beach is very near and Also many nice restaurants and cafes nearby! I would really recommend this hotel!

Shower pressure is a bit weak on the top floor but it is workable and didn’t detract from our stay.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Olympus House. The property benefits from being two minutes walk to the end of Mirissa beach which is significantly more chilled out than being on the beachfront. The room is wonderful; modern, great bathroom and has a real sense of calm. Our host was a very kind man who we chatted with on various topics and he gave us many great recommendations for our onwards travel. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is perfect. The location is good too, but u have to find the right alley to get into the guesthouse, there’s sign at the alley, so it won’t be a problem.

Spacious room with AC and new equipment, hair dryer is provided! Wifi connection is great and the bed is so comfy, breakfast is good too, totally worth the price. The host Mohan is an extremely nice man , friendly and helpful. I was having a rough time one night and Mohan gave me his dinner to comfort me, i can feel his sincerity from the bottom of his heart, definitely will come back if i visit Mirissa next time!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Mohun who was an amazing host. He helped us to get everything we needed to have a Christmas Day barbecue and joined us too, which is a fond memory. The rooms are well laid out, clean, in a quiet & good location, and the shared kitchen is ideal too.

Perfect place to stay in Mirissa. Truly close to beach (3 min) and all what you need. Quiet and clean rooms with bathroom and balcony and downstairs outside kitchen. Owner of this accommodation is so friendly and kind and always ready to help you with everything like a friend. He also prepare for you a rich breakfast and if you would like also some homemade Sri Lankan dinner like for us, what we loved so much. We stayed there longer than we planned and spend there the most of the time, so it was like our Sri Lanka home. ❤️ If you’re looking for really good price appartment close to beach with the best and the pleasantest owner - here you go!

Door to room didn’t fit the frame so gaps allowed bugs and ants to enter the room constantly. WiFi stopped working after first day
