The place looks good, with large rooms. The pool is nice. We really enjoyed the staff, who were very kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Madusha, who always helped us with everything we needed.

The resort has very helpful staff and offers ayurvedic treatment. It is very close to the beach and has a pool which is ideal for families with children. It is a quiet and therefore very relaxing place!

It’s a way out of town - not Possible to walk. Road not well paved and lit. Buses come hurtling down at some speeds! Take a tuk tuk - plenty hanging around

The location is a bit out of Mirissa so you need to get a tuktuk to the beach but we didnt really mind. Also the day we were checking out there were quite a few tables at breakfast which meant that service was very very slow and we didn’t end up getting our food till almost an hour after we sat down and had to push back our taxi to the next destination. Also once I got my food it wasn’t what I had requested so I think it would have helped if there was an appropriate number of staff to deal with the breakfast rush

The room was clean and the pool was lovely to have a dip in after a long day at the beach. The staff were very friendly and rooms were clean.

Only one of the several sockets was working, and the fuses would occasionally trip – which also caused the water to stop running.

The accommodation was great with climatization, very good breakfast, friendly staff, and the option to do laundry. The room was clean, and we occasionally had a little gecko visit. The pool was also nice.

For the amount they charged for bed and breakfast, breakfast portions were way less. Strange this was they didn't have a proper menu with price. So, the lady at the front office took me to the chef to discuss the meal and price.

The location is okay. Close to mirissa busy area and nearby, there's a beach to relax and enjoy the sun set. Staff is friendly. Rooms are okay, but the AC didn't work properly. For the price of the double room, I would at least expect 2 water bottles and tea/coffee supplies. Pool is okay. Food is okaybut portions are small and high price.

It was strange that we were asked to fill out the check-in form ourselves, but later I understood that it's because the girl who worked at the desk isn't great with English. She was the least helpful of the staff and simply called the owner (who is apparently her dad) to figure out what we needed,

The hotel met our expectations, the room was spacious, and the bed was big and comfortable. The pool is always clean, and the breakfast is good. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

No facilities close to hand. Mini bus driver almost refused to drive down track as very narrow and rough.

Rooms were clean and spacious although a little basic. Location of the accommodation is down a track near to the beach. The accommodation is a short ride to Marissa beach which has plenty of cafe, bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is ok and the breakfast was basic, very little choice and quality was basic. The rooms have both AC's and fans to suit all needs. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room and breakfast were very good and comfortable! However we were quite disappointed with our stay. The pool was not clean, a lot of noise from construction sites next to the hotel, no staff available in the evening, lunch was cold and not good. Mainly we were disappointed with the staff: everybody in Sri Lanka was so friendly and kind and in each of our other hotels the atmosphere was great, staff came to us for a chat, always someone around to ask something. Here we practically didn't see any of the staff except for the last day when they came to ask us to give a good review.. this was by far our most expensive stay in Sri Lanka but it was the most underwhelming one of all.

Staff are all lovely and really cannot do enough for you. 5 mins walk away from the beach where we saw turtles. 20 mins walk in to Mirissa, just bare in mind it’s a busy main road, we were travelling with our baby so that wasn’t ideal for us to walk we needed to get a tuktuk.

The beach was only 50m away but unfortunately it was a rocky shoreline, making it unsuitable for swimming. The breakfast was okay, but it could have been better in terms of variety and quality. There were construction sites on both sides of hotel but they didnt cause significant noise disturbances. There were occasional issues with the water supply; at times, no water came from the tap, and the shower pressure fluctuated. The air conditioning seemed to work inconsistently—no matter how we adjusted the settings, it kept blasting cold air. The soundproofing was poor, and stray dogs outside made noise at night, which disturbed our sleep. There was no room service/maintenance without asking for it. A small incident occurred at night involving the bed linens, and we requested a change. While the staff did accommodate our request and told us that there is going to be a little fee. The fee was an unexpected additional charge of €50. This was never mentioned in advance, and for us, this could have been a dealbreaker. It’s clear that the hotel overcharges guests in certain situations, so we highly recommend clarifying prices beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Swimming pool was great, clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was ok and comfortable. We were initially given a dark room in the new built section but the staff accomodated our request to switch to a pool-facing room which was much better. The hotel offered spa and yoga services which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel grounds were well-kept and had a pleasant, inviting ambience. Towels were provided on the sun loungers without asking.

The staff was really nice, all facilities were new, the rooms were new, they offered a free 15min spa over the pool which was so cool. The manager was very friendly and trying his best to keep his reputation high The pool and room view over the pool was unforgettable

Quality and fast service, quiet place, nice swimming pool, nice breakfast, natural beach is a few minutes walk away, we saw lots of turtles swimming in a sea, beautiful blue bird, lots of crabs, friendly staff always was willing to help, girl from the reception was very nice, staff helped us with ordering taxis, also they found special local leaves to make herbal juice and helped with other things, very good online communication, Neranjan made sure everything was good and comfortable for our stay. Internet was a bit slow.

We asked for a lot of basic things: hairdryer, tourist information, internet, laundry. The staff was not able to help us with anything at all and the most common reply was “tomorrow we will see” (spoiler: nothing happened the day after). Also the hotel is not on the beach as advertised. That was mostly disappointing.

the worst accommodation we had on the island, by far. Really expected much more based on the price and photos. No internet in the room (of any kind), the surrounding area and the beach are pathetic, couldn't charge the phones without extra adapters (only here), very basic breakfast
