Great stay before we left for the airport. Cosy hotelroom and a nice swimming pool on top of the building. Camilas is a great host, helped out with all our requests.

During a three week trip in Sri Lanka, I stayed in properties with at least 9 rating on booking.com. This was easily the best of these, which means it was very good. The apartment is a luxury condo with a great view, something like this would be $400 a night on Miami Beach. And it has all the right touches and amenities to be up to top Western standards. The service by Camilas is better than what you get in a 5-star Western hotel, for example I was worried about an airport transfer in the middle of the night, so he drove me himself in his own car as a courtesy. That's just his level of thoughtful service. This is the best of the best for my trip in Sri Lanka.

Really lovely room. We stayed at the start and the end of the holiday. Close to the beach and on the main road, but not noisy. Fantastic views from the rooftop pool and the room. Camilas our host was excellent, he was in contact with me before we had left the Uk and ensured the train tickets we had arranged to be delivered to the hotel were ready for us on arrival. We had only originally booked the first night but then rebooked for the last night too. Excellent accommodation and also fruit in the room.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The room was spotless and offered a breathtaking view. Camilas was readily available on WhatsApp and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The entrance, hallways and public areas are not as well maintained so, not the best value for money.

The views from the 6th floor apartment, the place was clean, very spacious and well equipped!

All was great!

We loved the Deluxe Suite!! It was very clean, very well decorated with lots of beautiful details. The apartment has amazing views and it was very comfortable! It felt like a home away from home. We could have easily stayed longer here. Everything we needed as a family was available and the apartment was very well equipped. We loved the rooftop swimming pool and the sunsets there! Our hosts were amazing! Camilas was super responsive, very kind and had all the answers to our questions. He made sure everything was perfect and gave more customer service than we asked for. We felt very well treated and had an amazing experience. The location is great, close to the beach and all the nice shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is well maintained and equipped. We had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Camilas is the manager and he is beyond amazing. He can solve anything you need. From picking up to the airport to shopping and tours. The hotel has a restaurant on the roof and the food is great. All the staff are very friendly.

Upon arrival there was a bit of a mixup. Reception informed us we should call the phone number on our reservation to contact the owner. At first the owner did not answer the call, after a while he answered but there seemed to be some kind of issue. However a host at the complex stepped up and solved this very well.

We ended up in a bigger apartement than the one we booked (1 bedroom corner apartment). It was a great space, nicely decorated with large balconies all around. Excellent roof top pool with a very nice sea and town view. Location in a street opposite the beach and full with nice restaurants and shops. Perfect for our final night in Sri Lanka.

From the outside it looks pretty sketchy but the rooms are perfect.

The apartment was huge, super clean and very comfortable. The location is great, with restaurants and the beach nearby.

I liked everything. Zero Complaits ****** 6 stars if possible.

Camilas the host was nothing but amazing. I came with my daughter and two elderly parents and he was nothing but hospitable by always checking up on us. Our room was so amazing felt so comfortable with all the amenities made us feel like we were home. I can not wait to come back to Negambo on my next vacation.
