Poor lighting and room appearance not very pleasant. Very poor amenities. No proper car parking Extremely uncomfortable sleep. need an entire overhaul on bed, mattresses, bedsheets and pillows.

Property is good

Just spent one night at this nice resort in Negombo beach on our way to Bentota and other places. Arrived at mid night. Property and location are excellent but management is poor. We rented out two rooms, in one ac was not working and in another wash basin tap was completely broken. There was nobody to complain. Just one poor old man was running here and there.The front desk was unattened most of the time. With a little management and efforts, this resort could be a super good in no time.

This place is good but its room cleaning boys doesn't no how behave and cleaning rooms when guest are in gournd floor rooms. It's mess like hell 1st day when we arrived to hotel. And some cashier lady was shouting like 👿 it's not nice. Restaurant and front 2 boys very good and service done well.

Every thing,

We booked this hotel for a family of 4, we got to the property at around 11.40 pm last night, my driver couldn't even park the van, apart from that there was a huge music festival at the property, we couldn't even stay inside the vehicle, music was really too loud, I don't know how the other guys stayed, tried calling the property, no answer, so we had to find another hotel near by in the middle of night, after coming 8h from Arugambay.

The rooms and it's amenities not properly maintained Very bad smell in all the the rooms as we have booked 3 rooms Toilets are not clean and not properly maintained No towels were given in the pool and instructed to use the towel which given in the room (two towels and it's very old) Pool is not clean This property is not suitable for families at all, We have shifted few rooms due to the bad smells, AC issues,toilet issues etc

The services, I booked a day before and when I arrived I had to ask for towels, fridge, soaps and shampoo... And the bathroom was disaster, very dirty, the window doesn't close, toilet bowl was stained or dirty, the soap case at the shower looked like no one cleaned it since decades as a black mold grown on it... Add to that, in the room the ceiling lights don't work, plus one of the plugs has exposed electric wires... Just don't go...!!!.

The only thing I liked was the location and the staff were nice...!!!.

It is filthy! Needed a deep clean. Blood on bedding Filthy toilets, light switches, showers, tiles The shower cubicle and glass on sink had so much limescale you couldn't see through them Advertised 2 swimming pools - there's one The sun loungers were too dirty and sun damaged to use and washing hanging across sun terrace. No free toiletries or TVs in room. Air conditioning very poor and unreliable

Staff not helpful/ sufficient to handle the property, room was average ,, limited breakfast option, overall not a value for money. My booking was for 2 triple sea facing rooms , however when we arrived they said those rooms are not available and we were forced to accept other rooms.

Breakfast was not good at all, it was very simple, egg, toast and juice. But there are many breakfast options near the hotel.

Hotel was right on the Negambo beach, so it was convenient. Went swimming in the ocean and also rented a catamaran and went. Hotel was kind of old but was OK, specially for the price, it was OK.

There was no lift so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. The beds were itchy and there was a bee inside the mosquito nets. The swimming pool did not look clean and neither was the lounge area. There was no hot water and if it did work it was unpredictable. The tap in the shower and the wash basin was broken and coming off. The neatness of the whole room was mediocre at best. for the money I paid it was mainly the location cost as the rooms were not worth it!

The staff were helpful carrying the luggage to the second floor
