KuwaitThe view alone made this stay unforgettable — absolutely stunning! From the room, you can see lakes, waterfalls, and endless green mountains stretching across a wide panoramic landscape. It’s the kind of place where you can simply sit back and relax without needing to do anything else — nature at its finest. Although I had a few issues in the room, the staff responded immediately and resolved everything, even though it was quite late. Their quick action and helpful attitude really made a difference. A truly peaceful and beautiful place. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature.

GermanyNew hotel. The views are magnificent and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We opted to eat in our room because there was a big and loud event in the restaurant, but that ended early so it was not a big problem. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it was a little chaotic but it was absolutely ok for a one night stay.

AustriaThe rooms are adequate but in need of renovation. Very uncomfortable lighting, just one option of bright lights directly over the bed. There are building works going on outside and the hotel gets very noisy early in the morning from 5am onwards. Some of this noise is guests leaving early, but it’s also staff who should be quieter.
The views from the rooms are amazing and the rooms are clean. A good location for stages 3 and 4 of the Pekoe hiking trail.

Usually other sri lankan hotels offer any number of water bottles during our stay ! Food was not upto the standard. Ala carte was a total mess !! First time we saw that Some indian travellers were cooking inside the rooms. 🤣🤣🤮🤮 Poor overall management

The staff and their hospitality, Ajith and Pubudu have been exceptionally supportive. The view from the room is breathtaking, a waterfall can be seen from the room and also the Kotmale reservoir from far. A great morning experience as you wake up and walk to the balcony, misty mountains are stunning. Nice comfy beds as well.

Sri LankaUnfortunately, the room did not fully meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was fine but not up to the mark. Moreover, there was a discrepancy between the amenities listed on the Booking.com site and what was actually available in the room. The absence of air conditioning, a bidet, a functional desk, ironing facilities, wake-up service/alarm clock, and outdoor furniture was quite disappointing. The cleanliness and comfort of the room could have been better. I expected a more meticulous attention to detail in terms of room service. Additionally, ensuring that the amenities listed on the Booking.com site are actually available in the room would have greatly improved the experience. A functional desk and other amenities would have added value to the stay.
I was quite impressed with the breathtaking views the Oak Ray Tea Bush had to offer. The picturesque surroundings of the lake, mountains, and river truly enhanced the overall experience. The staff were commendable, always ready to assist and even facilitated a room change to offer me a better view. The process of changing rooms went smoothly, thanks to the supportive staff. I was able to secure a room that offered a more unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings. The facilities were good, providing a decent level of comfort and convenience during my stay.
