MalaysiaThe bathroom leading to the room is level, so water sips to the room. There should be an elevation to block water frm running out. Other areas were great, no issues.
The location, atmosphere and scenery is great, staff vy accomodative. The General Manager was a vy kind and listens to issues responsibly and arrives at a solution swiftly. We were pleased wt his solution. The hotel is most suitable fr newly-wed couples and couples on a romantic gateway.

The room door was very insecured and the sound of heavy wind disturbed us whole night. Lack of aminities in the wash room. over all not happy :(

IcelandThis hotel did not meet expectations at all. Had to climb a lot of stairs to the rooms. The bed sheets were yellow and seemed not clean. The rooms were not like in the photos online, smaller and kind of dirty. I asked for a crib for my one and a half year old before we arrived, when we got there they tried to give us a really small cot, looked like just for dolls. There was no airconditioning and no balcony even though it said so on booking.com. When we politely told the manager about this and that we were disappointed he just said that booking.com takes to much money so he cant do anything for us. We said we would be happy with free breakfast one morning for our group but no that was not a possibility, he could only give one person one breakfast free. I really don’t recommend, if you are traveling to Nuwara Eliya find something better to enjoy this beautiful place in Sri Lanka, it’s not worth it to go to oak ray summer hill breeze.
