Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely lovely place with all the amenities and is in a great spot away from the chaos of the main town. Really serene location around tea gardens. The view from the room was good. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The food we had there was fantastic. The host arranged for TukTuks at a very fair price. Really kind people.

I had a wonderful experience at Nine Glow Resort. The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. As a tourist, I asked for advice, and he provided valuable information. The hotel and the room were very clean, with everything well-maintained and in perfect order. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Additionally, they offered a delicious breakfast(American Breakfast) at a very affordable price, which was a great bonus. Also, there was a few drinking water bottles!!! If you're looking for a welcoming and spotless hotel with great hospitality, budget-friendly and delicious breakfast, I highly recommend Nine Glow Resort!

Excellent amenities - the bathroom was the best we had in all of Sri Lanka with consistent hot water and a glass door to stop the water from going everywhere. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very very lovely and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

Hotel owner and his young son and the butler were ever ready to help. We stayed in a good size, very clean triple room, doubles also available. Large bathroom with expensive fittings is a bonus. Owner helped us with tuk-tuk transport and advice on where to visit and so on. Food was excellent, and we will go there again next year.
