Absolutely lovely place with all the amenities and is in a great spot away from the chaos of the main town. Really serene location around tea gardens. The view from the room was good. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The food we had there was fantastic. The host arranged for TukTuks at a very fair price. Really kind people.

It was exceptionally clean. The decor was lovely. Really well thought about. Lots of little details to add to our stay. Nothing was a problem. The hosts were exceptionally kind & efficient. Whatever we asked for was done immediately. Their dogs are lovely too 😊

The only small downside was the lack of shower gel and shampoo—only soap was provided. However, this did not affect my rating at all. Just a small suggestion to make the experience to the top notch —11/10!

I had a wonderful experience at Nine Glow Resort. The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. As a tourist, I asked for advice, and he provided valuable information. The hotel and the room were very clean, with everything well-maintained and in perfect order. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Additionally, they offered a delicious breakfast(American Breakfast) at a very affordable price, which was a great bonus. Also, there was a few drinking water bottles!!! If you're looking for a welcoming and spotless hotel with great hospitality, budget-friendly and delicious breakfast, I highly recommend Nine Glow Resort!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the view from the balcony was picturesque, the staff was so friendly and kind, and the food was delicious! The staff was available at any time, always ready to help! I had a fever and they brought me a thermometer and Panadol! Definitely recommended!!!

Amazing place, Hasindu and her family were lovely hosts - always looking out for us and helping us with tuktuks or planning our days in Ella. The place is clean and comfortable and the views are beautiful. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Ella!

The name board was however changed and he name of the hotel was different on the board . But after we contacted the manger they said they changed the name recently . So everything was fine later on .

It’s about a 10 min drive from town but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Excellent amenities - the bathroom was the best we had in all of Sri Lanka with consistent hot water and a glass door to stop the water from going everywhere. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very very lovely and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

Need a signboard on the main road, hard to find at night. The owner said the signboard is ready to install.

Hotel owner and his young son and the butler were ever ready to help. We stayed in a good size, very clean triple room, doubles also available. Large bathroom with expensive fittings is a bonus. Owner helped us with tuk-tuk transport and advice on where to visit and so on. Food was excellent, and we will go there again next year.

This was the best stay in Sri Lanka. The owners are the nicest people, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, fed, dinner was amazing, breakfast was wonderful. I have not enough words to describe how happy I was.

It‘s a brand new Hotel where only the first part (4 rooms) is finished (5 more rooms to be built). So everything is in very good condition and of good quality. Rooms are big and everything is super clean. Staff is super nice and helpful.
