Please accept our apologies for the cleanliness oversight in the shower and the unexpected presence of a frog—we are addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure higher standards are consistently maintained. We also understand your concerns about the room layout, sound insulation, and air conditioning placement. Your comments will be taken into account as we continue to assess areas for refurbishment and improvement. Regarding room allocation, we genuinely regret that the placement of other guests nearby disturbed your rest. We try to accommodate all guest requests to the best of our ability and will reinforce our front office team’s consideration of guest preferences during low occupancy.
