United KingdomWiFi in rooms was hard to access. Sheets on bed too thin - I was cold in night so they should provide blankets or thicker duvets not just sheets. More charging points in the room would be useful
Location was great for safari! Was pleasantly surprised by the lovely gardens and pool and hammocks and swings around the grounds & how nice the hotel was as it was so cheap! We had not expected it to be so nice. Welcome drinks and refreshing towels on arrival made it a nice touch.

Manager was very indifferent and unfriendly. Lacks customer service skills. Food way below standard. Poor quality meals. Flies were a big issue when food was served at table. Waiter was polite. Chalet reasonable but poor lighting at night to get to restaurant. We could not wait to make our departure from this resort.

It was hard to find, and on a steep entrance - but once arrived - the hosts were absolutely amazing and lovely. The views were sensational, and the walk into town took 10mins along train track breakfast was hugh, and delicious. We wish we stayed for two nights, Ella is so gorgeous.n. We arrived late in the day and were really hungry, the host made us especially tea and toast to keep our stomachs full.

AustraliaThank you for the most beautiful stay at Nil Diya Mankada Safari Lodge! We truly wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night! From the time of arrival, we felt so welcomed. The facilities, including the pool, garden, and reception area, were well maintained and were warm and inviting. The restaurant offered beautiful food for both breakfast and dinner. And not to mention the wonderful safari we went of in the afternoon where we saw numerous elephants, peacocks, various birds, deer, monitor, and crocodiles. Would highly recommend booking here, don't even hesitate!

The staff was attentive and helpful, and the hotel grounds were stunning. We also enjoyed a great safari tour organized by the hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful design, friendly staff, and convenient amenities.

We only stayed for one night and the hotel room was so cosy and the manager and staff were really great and helpful. The food waa really tasty too and the manager made us complimentary juices that were delicious! Everyone made our stay super comfortable and the manager organised a Safari tour for the next day. Our guide was great and we seen lots of elephants and wildlife!
