everything was fine, clean and welcoming. a bit outside of the center (which is a tourist hotspot) with a balcony where we could watch the monkeys and it was very calm. walking to the beach takes ablut 10 minutes, walking tonthe train station about 15.

It was a really nice guest house with friendly owners and a beautiful garden. And it was super quiet.

The facilities are exceptional . Value more than the price. Owner is also friendly and supportive . Very calm and quiet place with 100% freedom. Have a full equipped kitchen . Fridge, Electric Kettle, Pots, and Gas cooker with a gas cylinder . Easy for meal preparation by own.Neat and clean when handing over to us. No diturbances. Nice surrounding with lush green scenario . Should come again.

The fridge smelt really bad & could do with a clean, and the kitchen wasn’t the best equipped so was difficult to actually cook, but worked for breakfast which was all we needed it for :) Room could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall we were very happy with our stay for the price and location.

Staff were really friendly, it was set in the jungle so the views from the balcony were gorgeous! Nice and quiet because it was just off the back of the main road. The room had a fridge which was great & a small kitchen which could be used to prepare food. We had to move rooms when we arrived as the AC broke, but they quickly swapped us to a new room :)

The bathroom door was broken and the bathroom was not very clean. The cleanliness should be improved. Blankets were not provided.

Really good value for money. The room had air-conditioning, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and cutlery. The bed was cozy and the surrounding is calm and quiet with lot of nature. People who are running the place is also good.

The room had visible green molds on the walls. I think that’s not very healthy. The property hasn’t common areas.

We had our first night in Sri Lanka in this place and arrived in the night. The host welcomed us in the middle of the night, which was very appreciated. Room has all you need, a bit far from the rest of the world, at the same time; a hidden and quiet spot.

as I remember there wasn’t so many plates to eat from there. and some ants everywhere. I’m ok with that, but for whom it is important you have to keep in mind

Even though it's a quiet area I think the soundproofing could be better (especially for those who are light sleepers like me). Besides that all good.

Best place I stayed in Sri Lanka on my 10USD max budget per night. Quiet forest location with birds, monkeys, squirrels and other cool creatures. Short walk to the best beach in Hikka, not far from train and bus stations, many shops around (I would recommend The Hungry Bug) and still very chill place. The owners are great and helpful.
