Sithi and his wife were very kind and super helpful in every aspect of the stay in Sigiriya. The breakfast -especially coconut pancakes- was delicious and enough. I recommend staying in their homestay without hesitation to everyone!

Sigiri Home Stay is perfect to discover Sigirîya in the most authentic way. The location is very close from important sites to discover, it’s quiet in the night but you can easily reach restaurants and the lake by walk 👌 The room was very clean and the breakfast very generous and tasty with various things. Sithi our host, made everything possible to make our organisation easy and fluid, and he knows very well what to do and where to do it to enjoy Sigirîya in the better way. He organised with us activities for good prices, and our transfer from a place to another, and gave us so many precious advices ! Thank you for welcoming us at home 🥰 I recommend 100% this place if you are coming to Sigirîya !

Can't think of anything. If anyone reads this, please dont support the places that ride elephants. They are mistreated badly and traumatised. They've been abused since a baby, and riding them is bad for their spine. Please dont support these places.

Clean and comfortable large rooms with air conditioners also a warm shower and close to many restaurants. Sithija was great and helped us organise everything ie safari, massage, lions rock etc and made great recommendations for restaurants.

It’s a good basic accommodation while visiting Sigiriya. What makes it great was Sithi and his wife. The breakfast was amazing and Sithi was extremely helpful in giving me advice and helping to organize our trip to Sri Lanka!

This place is perfect if you’re traveling with friends! Sithija was amazing—super friendly and funny. He gave us great local tips and even helped out with transportation. If you’re on a spontaneous trip, he’s the go-to person for exploring Sigiriya and the surrounding areas. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities, and it is in the middle of the jungle! Restaurants and bars are a couple of miny walking distance. We definitely recommend it, such a cool experience!

Our room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. It took a 40 minute killing spree to make it habitable. Some kind of anti-Mosi plug-in would be a good idea or coils outside. The bathroom floor is very slippery. Aircon worked but a fan would've been good too.

Great host, Sithi knows exactly how to help you get the best from your time in Sigiriya. We especially appreciated him taking us in his tuk to Dambulla, waiting with our luggage whilst we visited the cave temple and then getting us safely on a public bus to Kandy. Local restaurant recommendation was good (Wew Thawulla). We ordered the bbqd fresh sea tilapia, and asked for just traditional sides as we love Sri Lankan food - it was delicious. The room is basic but fair for the price, mosquitoe net was good, and needed.
