The location was a short thought uphill walk from the centre. There was also a shortcut which the hotel manager was kind enough to let us know. The facilities were average. The bathroom of the room we stayed in could use a little more work. Addition of wall mounted organiser for keeping shower essentials would help. Over all the staff was good good property for short stay

Property is getting upgraded as it is under renovation when we visited. Breakfast was very good and we had good time as family.

Just the bathroom. Needed the counter to put shaving gear etc on it.

Shower head was broken and water was leaking on all sides. Power supply over the shower.

Location and view is nice. Not far from centre, breakfast was really good. Stuff were so kind, helpful and friendly 😊

The property is quite run down. We had trouble with our shower not working. We managed to get it working with help from the staff.

Great location we saw lots of monkeys from our room and a good view of Kandy.

There was a musty smell and overall the place needs a refresh. Having said that, there was clearly renovations and painting going on in several places so I guess they are addressing and upgrading.

The location near Arthur’s seat viewpoint was convenient. We also discovered Yaka lounge just one street up from the hotel, a great place for pizza and view of Kandy

The balcony view wasn’t as expected since it faced a building, perhaps other rooms have better views.

We had a cozy one-night stay at this property near Kandy city. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, which made it comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s a good option for a trip if you’re looking for convenience and comfort.

I had lots of expectations with the room colour theme and and interior. It was not like what I saw on pictures.

It was not the room that I saw on the picture, so that was a little disappointing. The staff was amazing though, his name is Prabhath, he was friendly arranged a good three wheeler transport to roam around Kandy (Jeevaka). We had a nice time in Kandy.The hot water heater was great as in some hotels they say they have heater but it doesn’t work. The view was also great.

We are a family of 8 ranging from 4yrs to 82yrs old, 6 of us visiting from the UK, 2 joining from South Africa. We booked 3 rooms (2 triples and a double) and all 3 were good. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with good views of the lake. We stayed 2 nights and Pribad was attentive and friendly, always happy to help. Breakfast in the dining area was fantastic, large portions of tasty food, nothing was too much trouble, and we had great dinners at restaurants nearby (walking distance). We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property
