A real haven of peace, with beautiful architecture and stylish decoration. The room was stunning, breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect to explore Ella while enjoying tranquility.

The hotel is small and very new. Our room was very spacious, well appointed and modern. The bed was very confortable and there was aircon. The room had also floor to ceiling glass doors opening to a balcony with views of the forest. The location is very convenient too, as the hotel is only a 3-5 minute tuk tuk ride from the center of Ella. Overall, a very good standard. What stood out for us as well was the above and beyond kindness of Saman, the hotel owner, who helped us with some logistics issues for our trip. A big thanks to him. We will certainly stay at Namara Green again if we go back to Ella at some point.

Slightly out of the main stretch of ella, the tuk tuk that was booked through the hotel ripped us off big time.

It was the perfect 2 night stay if you’re visiting Ella. It is close enough to the Main Street but far enough to allow for relaxation and peace. The staff were amazing and the room was modern, spacious and spotless. Breakfast was also great.

It was such a cute place! Very clean, modern and the staff was adorable and super helpful. The hotel works with a tuktuk driver who can drive you to the center, or wherever you want, for a decent fee. Beautiful view and peaceful location.

The hotel is right by the road which is a bit of a shame. Check out is quite early at 10:30am latest. Breakfast is quite basic and western style.

Due to the jungle environment the air is very humid. It is difficult to ventilate the rooms which leads to some mold here and there and towels or wet clothes that don't dry well. This is the case for all the hotels in the area. The rooms are however clean and new towels were provided daily which was nice.

Small and basic breakfast. Could be a bit more complete. 10 min Tuktuk ride to Ella center which adds up. You can walk but a bit risky at night with the cars.

Not sure whether we liked or disliked this, but it was strangely surprising that the hotel sold (vintage) high-end clothes. It was fun to look at it, but didn’t really fit the hotel vibe.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, nestled just minutes from the center of Ella and a quick 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the iconic Nine Arches Bridge. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with good English skills that made communication easy. Our room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after exploring. The bathroom was nice with a pleasant shower, though the water pressure could have been a bit stronger.

Breakfast while served by wonderful staff wasn't great. They do not offer dinner, but after a long journey, it would be good to have that option. White Rabbit is an excellent option down the road.

We were in a downstairs room which had a bit of a damp smell. Mattress was firm so may not be for everyone.

Good location, just out of town and close to the nine arch bridge walk. Clean room with all the basics. Decent for the price. Window in the room meant we could hear the sounds of the forest overnight. Make sure to keep an eye out for the fireflies!

The breakfast was delicious, it could have more variety though. Overall and very nice stay, totally recommended!

It’s a new hotel, very nice design, very clean and in a very quiet area full of trees. We saw deers close by, which was amazing! The hotel manager, Tony, was very polite and accommodating. Very comfortable beds as well :)

The location is off the city but you don’t get a “great” view over Ella. So I would prefer to stay close to the city instead or pick a different location to have a nice view. The tuk tuk the hotel arranges is not ok. We preordered one to get us to the train station, instead of the regular price of 500 it charged us 1000. The building is quite new and still under construction. A lot of things are not yet done. We had little warm water only on our arrival day, the other day we had no hot water at all.

The rooms are new and modern, the view from room 104 is the best. You wake up and have a look into the woods. Price and value are ok.

This location is amazing. We loved the jungle vibe. The room was huge and super clean. The staff was amazing and super friendly always helping out with tips on what to do and organizing a tuktuk. The breakfast was great as well. We would definitely come back.

You can feel that the owners put a lot of love in the property and the philosophy of making the hotel part of the green environment. With the Tuktuk you’ll be in Ella in 5 minutes. We loved the honest interest and conversations and that our daughter (3) could play with Namara (the daughter of the owners) and felt really at home. There’s an iron machine in the hallway which is a plus. We were with our daughter and they brought a sleeping couch in for her, which was great service. Furthermore the hotel is super new and clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast was really nice (just make sure to ask for it the evening before and they’ll make a great breakfast)

Beautiful new boutique hotel in Ella. We stayed here to easily access the train station (5min away) and town. Rooms have amazing views of nature, squirrels etc. Lovely modern bathrooms & super comfortable beds. Highly recommended this gem if you looking to break the journey.

This beautiful sanctuary at Ella was the perfect find. If you are looking for cozy homely feels and a clean place to spend your time, Namara is the place. My mornings started with the beautiful nature sounds and looking at green hills and my evenings ended with fireflies outside the balcony. It was truly magical. The wonderful couple is very helpful in giving their recommendations about what to do in Ella and arranging transfer within the city as well as the airport.

Owners and staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay, very helpful. Property well maintained and clean. While a little out of town, the manager was able to provide us with a tuk tuk driver who was very well priced and reliable making it easy to get around
