Love this place! We enjoyed how it was away from other busy beach area hotels. This independently own Villa was perfect for our family reunion. The owner was there for both breakfasts and made us authentic SriLankan hoppers. We even had dinner at the villa, as the food was home cooked and authentic. Furthermore, the manager and the staff were very helpful as well. Highly recommend this place.

A lot of flies but you can not do anything about it.

Everything, the staff, the rooms the pool, the location. Everything was so nice. Wish we would stay there for one more night and do not leave at all from the property. The breakfast also super delicious. The bathroom omg. Only the bathroom was a totally new experience.

Stove not working , kitchen utensils in bad condition , cabinets need cleaning a lot of spider webs , TV not working but it was great if works for my 4yrs child. Alot of open gaps behind windows and door so lizards frogs and many bugs comes inside the house and rooms. Lights can b improve in hall area, If U scare from bugs ..house not for you 😞

This villa is a rare find! We loved the private pool, room was spacious and clean, beautiful peaceful location and the staff were kind and friendly. They were very kind to our 4yr old son. Lalith was especially great, his English is good and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety to choose from. The free tuk tuk to Mirissa each day is also great.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful villa with everything you need! The staff was amazing and always looking after us. They arranged scooters delivered directly to the villa when we arrived!

Nothing really, it’s about 10 minutes Tuktuk ride away from Mirissa so it’s nice and quiet. The price includes a tuk tuk ride into town once a day at your convenience and then you can take a ride back quite easily. There was a bit of construction work that went on during day one of our stay due to it being delayed due to the rain, but Lalith made us an amazing dinner and afternoon tea to make up for it.

It was beautifully decorated and the perfect place to stay with family and friends. Lalith is on hand to help out with getting into town or organising things. The breakfast is out of this world. I highly recommend choosing breakfast 10 with the potato curry, it was incredible! The pool is lovely to swim in and we were able to use it at any time which is a bonus!

Extra bedding could be provided for the extra, single bed. The single bed was very small. It would be even better if there was an outdoor dining area for breakfast

We loved the manager of the property, he was very accommodating and always willing to help. The home made breakfast was exceptional as it meant we didn't have to travel in and out of the town for breakfast each morning. The pool is a massive asset to the location and ideal when travelling in a group to unwind

The location is quiet, but not too far from Mirissa town and other local amenities. The villa has an absolutely amazing member of staff who stays onsite during your stay. He was absolutely incredible. Alongside his duties taking care of the villa and garden, he prepared breakfast, arranged tuk tuks and onward transport and also gave advice on activities for our trip. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great, especially considering this was a last minute booking for us (same day arrival within a couple of hours of making a booking request).

It is not a private villa as it is listed on Booking, you are staying at someone’s place who is renting 2 rooms. We were 3 in one room, the single bed didn’t even have a comforter / cover.

- inaccurate description. Villa not private. Felt more like a hosted villa /homestay. We wanted far more privacy. Members of staff have complete access and are around most of the time, - being woken up before 7.30am due to cleaning/gardening. - kitchen extremely old and washing machine very old. We understand whilst villa described as luxury we didn’t expect luxe for the price but felt kitchen really needs updating to reflect price paid. - overuse of mothballs gives overwhelming smell which impacted breathing. - presence of owner onsite, as well as constant flow of staff overlooking terrace. Suggest making terrace more private to reflect description

Too many light switches. Noisy dogs barking all night. First night there was loud music until 3 am from a villa or bar, which was annoying as I expected location to be very quiet. The four person villa was up a hill and had quite a few slippy steps to it.

Very modern villa with amazing wildlife around . Housekeeper and help were always on hand. Beautiful outdoor bathroom Nice terrace. Everything was new.

The owner did not give as the privacy we expected as we rented a private villa for us. Also, the location of the villa was far from Mirissa, you could only go there by tuktuk.

We stayed in the Villa for 3 nights, the pool and garden was really nice, big and clean, and the commodities were good. The owner was attentive and the breakfast was tasty, we could choose between a wife range of options.
