We had a nice and peaceful time there. We booked the 3 room apartment. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to check in early an hour before the check-in time. There are cooking facilities, with all basic amenities if you like to cook.

My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

The view from balcony is amazing. We rented apartment with 3 rooms - the place was very big and comfortable including kitchen and living room. Host is super nice and helped is to arrange transfer to Adam’s Peak. Highly recommended. Value for money is great.

+ Huge place with comfy rooms + Big bathroom + Very clean place + Close to center (less than 10 minutes walk) but in a quiet area + Great view from the window and balcony towards mountains and tea plantations + the room had fans and I didn't feel the need for an AC (have been there end-February) + Hot water + Very kind and informative hosts with good English + Comfortable bed - electric socket near the bed would have been great

It was a very spacious property, the owner was very helpful, organised a took took Guide for a day, located in a lovely quiet area but easy walking distance to the centre of town for food etc. The surrounding countryside is exceptionally beautiful.

Not too far from town, bus and railway stop. Very friendly welcome. The rooms are spacious and bright. Everything is very clean. Beautiful and long balcony with an amazing view. The host is very helpful but unobtrusive. We felt very comfortable.. We requested breakfast and it was always very delicious

The location is a little far from the town, tuk tuk was needed. During our stay there was a construction ongoing in the next building that woke us up at 6 am.

The Bungalow itself offered breathtaking views that made our stay even more memorable. A great big flat with lots of space, hot water, a kitchen and warm blankets (really useful!). Breakfast was good, WiFi also once topped up by the owner. There were two bathrooms and three spacious rooms.

Mount View Bungalow is a nice place to stay if you travel across Hatton area, specially to Adam's Peak. Very close to the Hatton town centre. Place was very clean and organized. Rishad, the owner was very friendly and supportive and will definitely help with anything you needed - meals, parking, locations etc. Highly recommended for both locals and foreigners who expect a great customer service.
