Spacious property. Perfect for couple and family. Very nice staff. The owner of the property is very sweet. The breakfast is served with fresh fruits, omelettes, tea/coffee, bread and butter.

Run by a beautiful family. So friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - across the road from turtle beach road and 2 minutes to the beginning of all the Marissa life that is happening. Food was good. Pool a relief at end of day. Fireflies around at night made it so relaxing. Would go back again.

Price was too much as compared to other parts of Sri Lanka.

The owner and the son made our journey really good. They made sure of every request we placed. The property was very near to the beach but just that the price was too much may be due to Mirissa as the comparative properties were for much cheaper price in other parts of Sri Lanka. But go for it if you have a family and looking for a well maintained stay.

The breakfast was delicious and included coffee/tea, eggs, fruit, and toast. They were a bit reluctant with the refills. The staff was really pushing the whal watching trips.

Cute hotel with AC in the rooms. The pool on site was great for kids with a shallow and deep end, though it was in direct sunlight in the afternoon. It was a very easy walk to turtle beach; I snorkled in the morning and easily saw the turtle. There are a lot of good places to eat within walking distance.

Perfect place in Merissa. Only 10-15 min walk to coconut tree hill, 3 to turtle snorkeling and 5-10 to Merissa beach. Very nice and helpfull staff. Only complaint I have is that our rooms curtains were broken so we could’t close them. Sheets and pillows had stains but seems clean anyway.

Very good and quiet hotel, well kept territory decorated with Sri Lankan ethnic motifs. Lots of greenery, especially around the pool. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, linen and towels were also clean. Furniture and equipment are a bit “tired”, but working. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast is fantastic - selection of local fruits yogurt with honey (absolutely divine) and some traditional options (eggs, crepes etc). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff were friendly, the pool was great and the breakfast was exceptional. Great for young families as they have a kids pool too. The shops and Mirissa beach were within walking distance.

All in all a very beautiful place with a very nice Pool, good breakfast, lovely people and many squirrels and monkeys around. It was very clean and the location was perfect to get to the beach, City or coconut tree hill etc.

What a lovely and welcoming family run place. Our room was great and the property is only a short walk to the beach or a huge selection of dining choices, but as it’s set back from the road, it is a super peaceful and relaxing accommodation. Breakfast was outstanding.

On some days there were a lot of monkeys by and in the pool that didn’t make it the most relaxing experience.
