2 minutes to the beach. The landlady greeted us with a glass of fresh juice.

I have to say, this was one of the best stay I had in Mirissa. The location is just perfect, 100 m to the beach and in a beautiful surrounding with trees local homes and gardens. You are directly in paradise. Chathu, her mother, sister in law and husband were the kindest people and took care of me like nobody else. I felt immediately like home and at the end like being part of the family. They made me the most delicious srilanka breakfast every day and kept my room and the apartment nice and clean. I had everything I needed and could have asked for. An AC, a net for the Moskitos, a kitchen and a nice shower. Chathu and her family were so kind and welcoming and helpful to me. They even arranged a doctor appointment when I needed one. You made my stay unforgettable and I hope we will see us soon again. I highly recommend this place. It’s a 11 out if 10 🥰❤️❤️ Big hugs 🫂🥰

The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful, and it was lovely to see peacocks roaming around the property.

The tiles were quite slippery, so extra caution was needed while walking around.

The facility is located close to the town center (5 min. walk) and super close to the beach. The host and her family are lovely people, very attentive and helpful and make a wonderful breakfast. The whole facility is very cosy, wi-fi runs smoothly, you can enjoy nice moments on the spacious terrace and cook a meal in the shared kitchen.

The staff was very nice to us and they prepared a very big and tasty breakfast. AC worked well and there was warm water in the shower. The host also prepared for us a ride to our next stop.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The room is simple, but had everything we needed. The AC was nice and cold and the place was clean. The family who runs it was really kind and they prepared a lovely breakfast of pancakes and toast for us every morning. The house is walking distance to the beach (5 min) which was great. For such a good price and location, its worth booking!

The location was ideal, just a maximum of 5 minutes to the wonderful small beach and a short walk to the town of Mirissa. Great welcome by the enthusiastic family who went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The room was of a reasonable size with a comfortable bed. Big typical Sri Lanka style breakfast served in the family restaurant opposite the property. Would definitely stay there again.

What an excellent place. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms very clean with nice bathrooms and good AC. WiFi works well and is quick. Great breakfast served just downstairs from the room and a short walk to Mirissa Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice hosts, helpful info and a very clean accommodation! Breakfast was served in their restaurant across the stress and was also nice. Instead of having a room you have access to a whole level (bathroom, terrace, kitchen, …) and share it with max. One other room. We liked it a lot!

The most friendliest nicest and best cook for breakfast host we met in sri lanka. She was so wonderful with us, deapite her little English she was always checking in on us and whether we needed anything. When we decided to stay another night out of the blue very late she helped us arrange alternative accommodation with her neighbour and the stay was really good. Highly recommend her and her awesome tastu breakfasts ,

Very neat and clean place for a reasonable price. The breakfasts were good and tasty. Nice location. Not far from the beach, not far from the central road, however, in a quiet place. They have a generator in case power goes out.

The bathroom is a separate facility. Quite noisy neighbours (another hotel or something) The room is actually small. 3x3 meters. Not what is stated in description.
