The towels were not so clean, the bathroom was also a little bit dirty. There was only a fan not an AC.

The guy on the reception was really nice, the other was was a little strange. The house was impressive, everything made of wood. The location was perfect.

Room is pretty outdated and can use a renovation. Towels and sheets are also dirty and would need new ones. But overall we had a good stay!

Very friendly hosts that are super helpful in arranging a tour for the Wilpattu park. Also great opportunity to rent bicycles to explore the tempels!

The power went off that day and the place did not have proper preparation for that. They did not have even candles in standby. One staff member has to rush to shops to bring candles. In Sri Lanka power failures are frequent. Since they did not have a standby generator, should have bit more preparation for a such situation. The bathroom and bathroom facilities were somewhat old. In my son's room, hot water shower did not operate properly.

Facilities are old. Room size is not spacious. Lots of Mosquito will attack during the stay.

Calm and peaceful location. Big dining hall and kind staffs were impressive. Mosquito net was essential and good to sleep well. Location is around 15 minutes walk from New bus stand. So it's better to take tuktuk if you have luggage.

Very good location and excellent service. Rooms are large and different level of furniture and size arrangements even though all under same category. But nothing to complain only suggestion is to check on mosquito preventions as there are mosquitoes.

It would have been better if they had arranged something for the meals, such as a delivery service or recommendations for restaurants that offer delivery. Additionally, the hotel closes at around 10:30 PM, which is a bit frustrating since we are expected to arrive around that time. It would have been great if they could have provided a way for us to access the hotel whenever we wanted.

Mosquito net too short to fit the double bed. It's probably wrong size. Also there was a thick layer of dust on the top of it. Room needs to be painted, same for bathroom. Walls are a bit dirty. Only one power socket (behind the fridge)

The breakfast was well presented with a variety of fruit and toast with egg and jam. A big pot of tea or coffee too. Location was close to all attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood.

There could be more storage space for clothes etc. Staff need to tone down the 'hard sell' when simply asked for a tuk tuk.Don't need to try and convince customer to take a tour or rent a bike from them.

We paid for the economy room and it was just a bit too dirty. The mosquito net was really tired and covered in dust, it also didn’t fit the bed properly so it kept coming untucked. I still feel it was good value for money but just found these things annoying

Great stay in Anuradhapura with really friendly staff! We loved our stay here as the location was amazing, only a short walk to the lake and into town. The breakfast included was always really great and staff were accommodating about the different times we requested to eat (we had to leave early for the train one morning)
