Very nice little Guesthouse in a fantastic location, steps away from amazing Mirissa beach and surf break. Great and fast wifi, very central located but quit. Few minutes walk away from many restaurants and cool beach cafes. Clean and great value for money. Very kind and helpful family owning this guesthouse.

The location, near the beach, bus stop, eateries and shops. Spacious room, comfortable bed with mosquito netting, armchairs and table on the balcony. Spotlessly clean. A homely feeling with the presence of the owner's parents and children all living together in their part of the property. The nice grandpa brought me a flask of hot water every day for my morning coffee and afternoon tea. I felt so at home that I extended my stay from 2 to 4 days!

Very close to the beach and easy access to anything you need. The host was very kind and helpful, even helped me with my bike which I highly appreciate. The room is clean, spacious and hot water! I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

The father and son running this place are very friendly and kind, they understand English. The room and bathroom were very clean. Also hot water from the shower. There is mosquito net. The son helped me to find out the bus schedule. Good laundry service, in a couple of hours was ready, 600 rupees/kilo

Located on quiet street, 5 minute walk from beach, pretty basic but clean room, super nice and friendly host!

Photos on the site are better than in reality. A good location is near the ocean, but very wet, there is a smell of dampness and there is mold in the room, there is no air conditioner, only a fan. My number was on the ground floor, and from humidity, even the phone worked poorly, showed an indicator of water hit.

There were soo many mosquitoes and ants and other insects in the room, even if you kept everything closed. Be sure to bring some spray with you because even if you try to kill all of them there will be new ones every day. The room smelt bad and of dampness, the bathroom had a weird smell the whole time. The mattress was really thin and therefore it was really hard. The Wifi didn't work, only sometimes it worked a tiny bit. At first the fan didn't work. I pretty much only had the bed in the room so I had to put all my stuff on the floor.

The location was perfect, only a 3 minute walk to the beach and many bars/clubs nearby. The owners were really friendly.

there were at least 50-60 mosquitoes in the room upon checkin and spent over an hour killing all of them. the room also advertised a private kitchen and was the reason I chose this place, but there was only a separate, shared empty room with a counter and no kitchen appliances or utensils.

the location was good, the room was large and Wi-Fi worked well. a/c was also good and necessary.
