Our shower had hardly any water pressure, it dribbled out water and one of the shower heads didn’t work and they weren’t able to fix it. Also the mattress was too firm for us

There was no hot water in the shower and also shower head was not working properly.

Room was big providing a view to the ocean and had a big balcony. Breakfast have many options to choose from and are delicious. There are also sunbeds in the backyard that can be used to relax in front of the ocean or sunbathing. The staff is friendly. A good care is taken of the whole environment, everywhere is clean. Hotel is close to the main places in Mirissa, nice beaches around.

Great boutique hotel, a couple of footsteps from the sandy beach of Sri Lanka. Great room, clean and equipped with an airconditioning unit. Breakfast was a la carte every morning with a small but varied menu. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel with front beach a perfect location in Mirissa. It has 6-7 rooms. This hotel has small front beach. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Clean beds, bedsheets, pillows, nice fragrance and spacious. Bathrooms are very clean and hygienic. Staff is friendly and helpful. Anuradha helped us with all required information regarding activities in Mirissa, local eateries and restaurants, beaches and local attractions. If anyone visiting to Mirissa, I highly recommending this place,. I am writing this review with my personal experience. They will add you in a WhatsApp group during your stay to communicate which is very helpful and feel connected. Small drawback, they have very limited options for food. This beautiful boutique hotel is a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights in Mirissa. The room was very clean with powerful A/C and all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The hotel overlooks a cute little beach (beautiful scenery from your balcony) and is a short walk or tuk tuk away from iconic places such as coconut tree hill, parrot rock, and Mirissa beach. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and generous. I would highly recommend staying here for your stop in Mirissa.

Breakfast or food options can be a bit extended. Also the menu must mention which dish are vegetarian and which have fish or meat in them. You can also go out and eat at the nearby places as well. It's walkable distance from everything. So no problem.

Please do not miss staying at this place. The staff and view is excellent

The hotel is very well located, directly on the beach with amazing view from the room and from their garden. Next to it is a beach where you can go snorkeling with turtles. Hotel is giving great vibe, very cozy, chill, safe and clean. Stuff is very helpful. Very easy to communicate and they help you with arranging everything, from renting a scooter, calling tuk tuk, room service, they offer you equipment for snorkeling. If i come back i am sure i book it again.

Personally, as I am a very keen swimmer and as we had booked this for the main bulk of our stay in Sri Lanka, I regretted choosing somewhere so far from a decent swimming option, I'd been informed there was a tidal pool to dip into, but couldn't find that and on asking about it it didn't seem to be the case. I didn't much like the walk round the headland to the little beach. I also got sick of having to take tuk tuk to get into mirissa for restaurants and decent beach etc. but that's just me....

Anu was very nice helpful host. Breakfast very delicious with a great location, room spacious and comfortable with lovely view and calming sound of the sea..it is a super relaxed place and quiet..

Nice place to stay The beach is about 300 metres from resort across rocks but worth the walk as plenty of turtles about. Breakfast is good with western and SL food. Lunch a bit limited so go into Marissa. Susan and Inshan are great tuktuk drivers

One of the most relaxing spots, facing the sea with people surfing! It’s a heaven for people who enjoy surfing. There is a diving/surfing/snorkling/whale watching/bike renting centre right next to it which we found so convenient. The owner of the place, David, is an amazing host and staff, absolutely superb! Thank you so much for having us ❤️

The staff was friendly and helpful, always available when needed. The facility had snorkeling gear for use and a beach just down from the hotel with excellent snorkeling. Go early before the rush. It was nice to not be in downtown Marissa, and a little quieter. Town was a 20 minute walk of 5 minute Tuk-Tuk ride and was easy to get to.

Location is outside of Mirissa which is perfect and short 500lkr tuk tuk ride for restaurants.The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast provided and lunches purchased were superb and reasonable based on the quality. You can sit and eat breakfast watching surfers and the waves crashing The best bit however is it is situated a 5min walk along the beautiful coastline to a picture perfect beach where you have a good chance of seeing and swimming with Turtles The owners have created a place of serenity in line with its name. Looking forward to return
