Couple of issues with a room necessitated a room change which had its own issue. All sorted in the end.

The hosts were great guys and always happy to help or chat. It is a budget hotel so there were some issues with the rooms, but everything was done to try to fix things. So close to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main road. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine overall, but it would be even better if toilet paper and soap were provided in the bathroom, or at least some tissues in the room.

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. They gave great tips for restaurants, laundry, and sightseeing. The property is just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and city center. My room had air conditioning, and there was a shared kitchen and fridge which made the stay very convenient.

In fairness, we arrived fairly late in the evening, and went out for Whale Watching at 6am, so our stay was brief – but delightful! The hosts were friendly and very nice (they keep fish – great vibes). Short walking distance from the harbour and town, with good food spots nearby as well. Felt very safe walking around, met some friendly locals nearby, etc etc. Excellent value for money!

Perfect location, 2min walk from the beach & Mini market. Basic room with everything needed for a decent sleep, & a good shower after a day at the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the compound itself neat, clean, and with enough shade to hang around when it's too outside everywhere else.

Very close to the beach, conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and cafes, yet a peaceful location. We had 3 rooms, but they were all in 3 different sections of the property - two were in the main area which was fine, but one was in a different building on the inside. The rooms were all good, comfortable beds and mosquito nets (didn't have to use them though). The AC worked well. They have a common kitchen too, but we didn't use it.

Quite value for money. A 0.5 miles walk from the main mirisa beach. Just have to be careful of the mosquitoes, so better keep a repellant or cream.

the location is great, it's located at 2 blocks from Mirissa beach which is a perfect option if you would like to go and see the sunrise at the beach! the people at the hostel are super friendly and kind, so I felt super welcomed :)

Beautiful place to relax, I stayed in a room with its own balcony, I really felt at home. Very quiet and comfortable space, terrace and balcony to the palm trees, kitchen and fridge, everything you need for your stay half a block from the beach. I spent 3 weeks here working and enjoyed it very much, I would definitely come back. Saman the owner is a sweetheart, super attentive and friendly, always willing to help you with anything you need, he took me to the bus stop with my bags. I highly recommend it! thank you!

The only downside was not much furniture in the room.

Very close to the beach. AMazing location. The staff was really freindly and let us borrow their bbq machine and fridge. The kitchen was great. There was parking for one car.
