First the property didn't have an elevator and our room was on 3rd floor. Carrying luggage up and down was quite tiring. We arrived at around 5:30 6 but our rooms were not ready yet. They did provide a smaller room for us to rest in temporarily, which was thoughtful, but it would’ve been better if the main room had been ready on time. Another issue was the bathroom - it had a transparent door with no latch, which isn’t ideal when traveling with family.

The location is a plus - It's near the harbour from where the boats leave for whale watching, which was super convenient for us.

No lift and no options for breakfast. As we got the top floor, it was hot over there.

The location was good, we took family suite and it was very spacious! Everything was nearby. Staff was good. We got the top floor and the View from the suite was really good.

No seaview, just the back side and nothing interesting, after 18:00 pm the doors must be close because lot of mosquitos, the shower was fine but cover as still in construction.

Location was great just crossing the street you are in the beach, there are lot of restaurants nearby, easily walking. breakfast was nice and relax on the rooftop.

Everything was really good.

The room view was incredible! Surrounded by nature and even a monkey came on our balcony for brief seconds. :) Staff members very friendly, welcoming and always available to help you :)

The rooms are very clean and the host takes a lot of pride in keeping them that way. The breakfast team is also extremely hospital and upon request they can make you eggs your way.

No intercom to call for somthing if req, no lift . Recently renovated but already things falling apart like floor mating of corridor ,

The place is very near the beach but not in the beach hence away from the noise. Coconut hill , turtle beach and mirissa beach 5-10 min walk. Roof top is very beautiful from where u can enjoy the sunset also enjoy the sea while having breakfast

It was really hot in the room when I arrived so i had to wait till the ac did its job, the WiFi connection was very bad. The toilet seat was broken and the shower wasn’t too clean. I think it’s too expensive for what you get

Perfect location just 5 min away from the beach. The building is new, rooms are spacious and clean. Great breakfast with stunning view. Special mention to the host that went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and unforgettable. Highly recommended.

We ordered a room with a 'Sea view and the one without' - the view-of-the-sea was the main point we payed more for the room. When arrived at the hotel we saw that the "view" is just a thin strip of blue at the horizon. We felt like we've fallen for false advertisement. We've confronted the staff about it and we've quickly went from sad to furious. First of all - the English is non-communicative. We had to use google translate on the phones. Second after some back and forth the lady form the reception asked us to wait in our room so she can work something out... After an hour of waiting we started to search for her, just to be informed she ... went home. The landlord after being informed about the situation, told us that we go 200m across the road and there is a sea view. That's rude an unprofessional.

The design is great, rooms spacious , clean, comfortable with big windows and working AC.

We were in the upper apartments, there is the best view to the sea and the jungle , large bath with the panoramic window and two comfortable bedrooms. The apartments are very comfortable for families with children.

Room was clean and had an amazing view from my shower and balcony on the mountains<3 Breakfast was good and the staff is nice, location is 5/10 minutes walk from the beach and to coconut tree hill.

Lovely stay at Marino Mirissa. The manager was very friendly, helpful and even helped us with delayed luggage from the airport! The bed was super comfortable and nice breakfast. Close walking distance to beaches. The view from the Suite room was stunning
