The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. I love how I can have private access and a balcony with the view of ocean and the coconut tree hill. Its surrounded by greens which Im very happy about.

I felt for the price I paid the facilities were a bit run down. There was no water included in the room, the lock on the door was quite hard to lock and needs repairing and there was no room cleaning, which is pretty standard for Sri Lanka but I felt for the price I paid it should have included cleaning or fresh towels. Wifi was a bit sketchy but there was different wifi modems to connect to, so overall it was fine but perhaps it’s not best for someone who needs to do lots of work.

Amazing location just a few steps from the best part of the beach. The room I stayed in was quite large with a comfortable bed with ocean views. Overall the hotel was good and clean!

It was very near the beach. After a short walk along it, the shops were central. They had their own bar and restaurant attached. Very good.

Fantastic quiet location yet only 40 metres from the beach. Big comfy bed. Nice little terrace outside. Restaurant next door. All facilities eg motorbike rental/ massage/bars within 2/3 minutes walk.

Perfect location vis a vis to the sea, good restaurant, coffee service in the morning. Host and family are so kind! Provided us with every service we needex, like renting a scooter. Special: located at the major surf spot where you can see thrilling surf sessions of the advanced local and foreigner surfers!

Nothing, but would recommend that they improve the cleanliness of the rooms, it was good overall, the bad was clean, toilet as well, but very strong smell of moisture. Felt it needs deep cleaning.

I give them 10 cause Isuru and his wife made me feel like home. Such accommodating, friendly and helpful people. Would recommend that you arrange all your trips through him, he will get you the best price. The location was excellent for me. Right on the beach, but isolated from the noise of the central beach, I was sleeping like a baby.

I think some services could have been better, like atleast having a bottle of water in the room and the basic toiletries. Otherwise, very warm experience.

the staff was extremely friendly with us, whatever we asked for, we got it within 2 minutes! they really take care of their guests, offering super comfy and clean rooms. Bathroom was also clean with hot water in the shower, which is not a guarantee in this village, so it was a big plus. Last but not least, they have their family-tan restaurant next to the guesthouse and the fish that we had there was the best we’ve ever had sooo good, so I encourage you to try their food and stay at Mama’s :))

The place wasn’t very clean, the sheets were sticky, stairs to the room were very moldy and the wifi wasn’t working in my room at all.

The owner and family are very nice people. They have a beautiful beach right next to the accommodation as well as a good restaurant nearby. They even kept my luggage safe while I went out until my transport was here.

No complete beach view. Drinking water is chargeable better to buy outside. Over all worth our stay for the price we paid. Don't expect it to be a good ambiance resort. It's a normal airconditioned room. If you want a resort on the beach go for other options.

The room is clean with balcony , jus 1min walk to beach and we can walk on the beach side till parrot rock. Lot of good places to have a candle light dinner of course very costly but right next to the room we have a reasonably good Oh yeah restaurant. Air condition is good

The covers on the bed provided could have been bigger for on top of us at night and we would have appreciated some soap in the bathroom. The bed sheets had a small stain which we didn't appreciate.

Great size room and lovely balcony looking out to the beach and Mamas Restaurant. The location is amazing right next to the beach with plenty of restaurants only a couple minutes walk away. As vegan we recommend A++, a restaurant just one minute away on the beach with plenty of delicious Vegan options. The room was clean and had a good size bed. Staff were nice and friendly. There was also a fan and good air conditioning.
