Unfortunately, I had to take the stairs for four flights. There was no intercom or a telephone to contact the reception. The second floor is very noisy starting at 6 in the morning.

The room on the 4th floor was more than a room, compare it with a penthouse. A large bed, desk, table with chairs, cobbed, a large clean bathroom, a magnificent view over the ocean, the silence.

1) With the price, the breakfast can be included in the price.. It felt too pricey for a room that size. 2) They could have had better storage space. Our luggage had to be splayed on the floor.

Ajith was especially helpful and pleasant. Other two guys were also very nice and friendly.

The bathroom can have some maintenance but not an uncomfortable lack behind. Just used.

Nice place. Not a super resort but rooms which are clean with a beautifull sea view just on the beach. Quite place but more lively beach surroundings on walking distance. Staaf is friendly and pro-active. Well priced for what you get.

Room was slightly small for 2 people & luggage. Had to use the balcony chairs in the room.

In the room no enough space to keep your luggages , room charges high and not value for money .( When compared with similar hotels in the area)

It was close to the beach, spacious room, big bathroom, balcony with a sea view. Majith looked. After us and made sure had everything we needed and put out a table and chairs on the balcony for us.

I have visited Trincomalee many times and I was very impressed and happy with the care and helpfulness of the staff team. Everybody. Special mentions for the manager who let me have a very late check out. Also Kumar, the hotel tuk tuk driver, who was amazing. I highly recommend Liyonaa.

While the room was well-maintained, it lacked a sense of spaciousness. A minor drawback was the visible corrosion on the stainless steel bathroom fixtures, including the taps and shower.

Our deluxe double room at Liyonaa Beach Hotel offered a remarkably clean and comfortable environment, extending to the notably spacious bathroom. The private balcony was a true highlight, providing stunning beachfront views, and the sunrise from our room was simply captivating. We appreciated the provision of fresh linens and towels, along with the convenience of effective AC, a TV, and a kettle with coffee provisions. The bathroom featured a good hot shower. The staff were consistently friendly and responsive to all our needs. Overall, the hotel represents excellent value for money.

A bit overpriced for what was offered, compared to other hotels we've been to in the area. Breakfast is not included and pretty expensive, too.

Big room that has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Nice view of the beach and you can hear the waves :)
